My SUV was t boned and had structural damage. Doors needed to be replaced. Got my car back months later, due to parts not being available due to Covid. A year and a half later, I took it to a body shop to do some touching up. They informed and showed me stuff that wasn't repaired and painted correctly. The bolts under the hood were loose, different paint was used on the door handles, and a lousy job was done painting the doors as a slight discoloration was discovered when pointed out to me by professionals, which I did not pay attention to. Also, the vin number label that goes on the door panel was never put on! I contacted the dealership that i brought the car to for repairs, they outsourced to Class A and never bothered to check their work. If you have your car repaired here, please make sure to go over it with a close eye or have a trusted place double check. I'm disappointed with Class A's service. i called and left a message, about a month ago, informing them of the missing VIN label, and have not received a call back. read more

Can I give these folks 6 stars? What an amazing autobody shop. Gave me an estimate for 4 days and got my car back in 2. I felt completely safe working with them and letting them have my car over a few days to get the bumper fixed after some jerk in PA rear ended me (sorry, still salty). Everyone in the shop is super friendly from Melody, the receptionist, to the folks that work on your car. I have never been in a shop that was so welcoming and awesome. They did an amazing job and I am currently thinking about getting some money saved up so that they can repaint my front end. I absolutely, 100% recommend these folks. You will not regret working with them. I don't trust anyone with my car--so the fact that I am giving Class A a 5 star review says a great deal. read more

I had a great experience here. After my newer model lexus was nearly totaled when another driver hit me i was VERY nervous about putting a car with that much damage back on the road. Dave at class A held my hand through the whole process and delivered on all of his promises and then some. In addition, he helped negotiate getting my car out of the garage that originally towed my car, as the guy there was refusing to release my car and trying to extort money out of me! Dealing with class A made that whole horrible situation with the original tower a little less horrible. I'm showing before and afters of the damage, and although it does not look like much, there was extensive damage behind the wheel. The car now looks and runs beautifully and i only have class A to thank for that. They even put grease in my side view mirrors which were a bit stiff before the accident. This place is horrible, they are Very nice when u go in but when u are done they are nasty. My car was ready since April 19 no one contacted me. Bc the secretary took down the wrong number. They send me a email, they said I never got it. On April 25 they finally got a whole of me and said my car was ready. Bc my car was ready for days the insurance did not want to pay for the rental even tho it was class a fault for not taking down the right number. The insurance never contacted me to tell me class a was trying to reach me the insurance contacted me on April 25 so they waited days so I will be responsible for the rental. Yelp needs to come up with a way to give no stars because this company definitely doesn't deserve any. To condense my story, a tree branch fell on my car on August 4th, car was taken to class a the next day. Today is September 7th and I have received my fourth text advising me that my completion date has changed yet again. They are horrible at communicating to their customers. I finally got a call after a month from someone at the company but was more confused after the call than I was before. The caller's 'it is what it is' demeanor was very troubling. Meanwhile, I have to risk losing my job because I can't drive or take out a personal loan to cover a car rental. It's been the most horrible 33 days. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. To put it simply, I have had my car stolen and that was a better experience than I had with Class A Autobody. I brought my vehicle here (per my insurance company's recommendation) after getting into a minor accident. My vehicle was still drivable, but since it was a recent purchase, I wanted it fixed. I was given a quote and told that the repairs would take 5-6 days to complete. When I dropped my vehicle off I began getting text-message updates regarding the progress. As the week progressed, the estimated pick up date was pushed to 3 weeks and the cost increased by $2,000.00. I had received no additional updates via text, phone call, or email regarding this. The lack of communication from this autobody shop continued as I was told multiple times it would just be "another day or two" and they would "reach out with updates". I was never contacted and this work that should have taken 5-6 days turned into 3 weeks. While I now finally have my vehicle back, I am concerned about the quality of the work. Upon pick up, I learned that the repair timeline was extended due to confusion on the technician's end with which part needed to be replaced on my vehicle. read more

Picked up my car today (using Class A second time around) and couldn't be happier. My BMW X5 got hit pretty bad this time, entire passenger side needed replacements, paint job and repairs. The day I contacted insurance to place the claim I was contacted by Melody who offered me to schedule estimate appointment. Same day we picked a drop off day (parts were delivered in 3 days) and I was able to drop off my car that same day for repairs to begin. Exactly in 12 days my car was ready. Looks better than before, and what's important I didn't have to deal with insurance or other headaches. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking to fix their car on time, with no headaches. This place will nickel and dime you to death, but with a friendly smile on their face. Their manager will tell you they have to abide by Insurance regulations, etc. but in the end you'll basically get a very padded estimate and then an even more padded final bill, which is extremely hard to comprehend. Unfortunately someone ran a stop sign and hit my brand new 2018 Honda, thankfully the persons insurance paid for all the repairs. State farm recommended this place to me, I did my research and everything seem to be ok, I read some pleasant reviews and some not so great, I decide to give this place a try. No more than a week later, I realize that my repair wasn't perfect but since I work so much, I didn't stress it. Now here is why I would never go back here, a week and half later, I parked my car to go to my second job and as I'm rapping up to exit the car, I see something, nevertheless, a roach, a fucking roach, like are you kidding me, never in my life!!!!! So I quickly look for something to kill it, I hate to say this but I missed it. I call Class A and the guy tells me he has never heard anything like this. Now I'm panicking, he said he would call me back, the weekend went by and he.....NEVER DID, I took that time to clean out my car, called back and Monday and went in, they said they didn't find anything....not a month later and I'm finding baby roaches in my car...I will never go back to this place, and I've had to order something from amazon to kill these roaches once and for all......what really pissed me off is that they said because I didn't have a video, I had no proof, like who the fuck lies about something like....its a brand new car....bad enough I got hit, now roaches.....I hate this fucking place!!!!! read more

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience and recommend anyone to stay away, especially if Progressive suggests this shop! My car was damaged and needed the bumper and one back tire replaced. Progressive said that they recommended this shop and the reviews looked great, so I decided to go in. The consultation went very well and the workers seemed very nice. After one full week I was called to come pick it up and when I got there I noticed my damaged tire had not been replaced at all! I had to go back to this shop to have them take images of my tire to ensure they ordered the correct one, which I appreciated even though this was their error. Then it all went downhill! I went back in after the tire was ordered and got all the way to the shop only for them to tell me that they ordered the wrong rim color. Still, I remained calm and they said they would order the correct one. In one week I went in to the store or received calls from the shop 4 different times explaining how they kept accidentally ordering the wrong tire. Finally, I go in and wait 40 minutes for them to put the new tire on. After, I go to my car and see THE SAME DAMAGED TIRE ON MY CAR. I asked them if they thought I was stupid and that I wouldn't notice. The manager (who clearly doesn't manage his workers at all) said his guy accidentally took the old tire off and put it back on instead of the new tire. I completely lost it because I honestly don't know how that happens! I went into that shop 7 times before I finally got the NEW tire put on. Even with all of these mistakes and inconveniences they REFUSED to partially refund me in any way. The manager & owner said all they could offer me was 20% off any future repairs. Honestly, I would never trust them with my car again and when you're dealing with cars and paying that much money 20% is nothing. *P.S.--I found out the only reason Progressive suggests them is because Class A gives them a discount, so they as a company don't have to pay full amounts. read more
