It started to go downhill when I went back for the exam. It was a question around dilation. Typically they tell you that you can pay a fee to keep you from getting your eyes dilated and takes less time. I was prepped for it. We got to the machine and she said every perk but the fact that to use the machine would be an additional cost. I finally just asked what the difference was and she went back to explaining the process. I cut her off and I asked what the price difference was and she finally said $25. Shady at best. I told her next time she should probably lead with that.

I'm beyond frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics which caused me to spend way beyond my budget. their promised times for picking up are merely wishful thinking. Even after receiving texts from them that the had my order, it wasn't ready, and they always have to wait for some one in "the lab" to get to them, who apparently only works on the full moon or something because they are never in when I get there. It took me four trips just to get lenses put in a pair of sunglasses, and then only I mad a scene in the store demanding something be done. The inner pieces that keep them together; that plastic stuff fell off during the move. What a shame right? It's no problem they can fix it. Now the Oakley Glasses are under warranty, but the gentleman, Tony fixed the glasses right as new. What a great deal? Being able to see pain free. We have fixed glasses, mind you it was no issue. She's absolutely amazing & I highly recommend her. I chose to continue to go to VisionFirst because I don't have an major eye issues and just needed an updated RX to order new contact & lenses. I called on a Thursday & was able to get an appointment for an eye exam for the following Tuesday. Parking is super convenient. They now have a mobile check-in kiosk which is nice but takes away from the connection with the ladies behind the desk. I saw Dr. Wilder for the first time & he was great!
