A couple of months ago I had to cancel last minute due to a Rescheduling of a Dialysis appointment That morning and apologized profusely on the phone After leaving a voicemail. Not long after I was alerted by calls from other spas in the area saying they were contacted by Breezy Hill to effectively try to blacklist me. I have not decided whether to take legal action. I had offered to pay a cancellation fee the next day When they returned to my call, but they were trying to charge me over and above a typical cancellation fee and was actually Asked to payfull price of what would be the service. Outrageous. A cancellation fee is one thing but being scalped, while on SSDI, is completely another.

She instead recommended I do the YonKa dry skin facial which is actually cheaper than what I originally booked. I love that she picked what would be best for my skin without trying to upsell a more expensive facial. I'm not well versed in skin care so I really liked that Kayelyn walked me through everything she was doing and the reasons why. Most times you just lay there in silence and while I do like sometimes to just relax and fall asleep, I really appreciated the skin care education and I was still able to relax as well. But I feel like I have a better idea of what my skin needs and how I can achieve it. The only reason I'm rating this 4.5/5 stars is because I normally like some lip care during my facials and this was lacking that. I really liked the essential oil toner she used and ended up purchasing it afterwards. The scent is heavenly and made my skin feel great. I normally don't purchase skin care products after my facials but I really liked the YonKa brand products she used on my face. I showed up on time, but due to a number of people checking out and checking in, I settled into my room more than 10 minutes late. My massage was actually really good, but it ended more than 10 minutes early - which ultimately 20 minutes shorter than I paid for in total, given the late start. I was also charged $30 more for my massage than the rate published online ($140 for a 90 min massage). My friend went for a facial a week before me and said that her service ended more than 10 minutes early too. Overall, good massage but felt ripped off given I was overcharged $30 and the massage was cut short by ~25%. Will not be returning and for those of you who go - be really explicit on the timing / duration of your service.

I went as he recommended which was Every time I'd go to the Dr for Baby visits. Or 1 time a month until 28 weeks then 2 times a month and the last month of pregnancy every week. I slept amazingly and was walking around with no pain. Also he was able to diagnose my newborns lip and tongue tie and make recommendations to help with those. He's also adjusted my baby when she was having nursing issues and issues turning her head. Every single time we have had positive results. Our whole family has seen him and continue to go back. I've been seeing Dr. Coffey for almost ten years now. On two separate occasions, she was able to…read morediagnose and correct problems that my family doctor could not. She also is very skilled at diagnosing allergy problems and since we began seeing her, my family has not been on antibiotics for ear infections nor strep. The first time I went, I had shoulder pain. My doctor could not find a source (nor cure) for the pain and I lived with it for almost a year. She adjusted my spine, but then spent a good bit of time working with my shoulder. As, she adjusted my arm, I could feel (and hear) my shoulder moving back into place and the pain was gone. She said, "No wonder you were in so much pain, your shoulder was slightly out of it's socket." She had me come back a few times because I had a cartilage build up but once that was taken care of, I was completely pain free. The second time, I went back because my neck was stiff. My doctor advised rest and heat/cold packs. When the stiffness continued, I saw Dr. Coffey. After an adjustment, she told me the stiffness was from allergies. She showed me how to clear my sinuses, throat and eustachian tubes and I was able to move my neck freely for the first time in a week. My small boys had frequent ear infections, but since I learned from Dr. Coffey how to keep everything flowing, they have not had ear infections, nor have we needed to be on antibiotics. I have also seen her for running injuries (problems with my IT band) and ribs that have moved forward and pinch nerves. Each time I see her, I leave feeling MUCH better than when I came. She does get sidetracked easily, so you never know how long an appointment is going to take, and I recommend that everyone politely decline the $25.00 "Zyto" tool. But overall, she is a talented chiropractor, amazingly skilled at diagnosing and treating injuries and worth the wait. I highly recommend her!

I asked what this was and was told that it was the Zyto Scan. When I asked what it did, Dr Coffey referred me to a pamphlet which was confusing and made no sense. I watched as Dr Coffey browsed facebook and requested my friendship in front of me. I was given the "hard sell" on the Paleo Caveman Diet. I was left alone with Paleo cookbooks and was then told that things would be better once she got me on this diet. I was also directed to forgo my antidepressant because as she put it, "You don't have a Wellbutrin deficiency." The worst part was when I was checking out, I was THEN informed health insurance doesn't cover the Zyto Scan and had to pay $25 out of pocket.
