Both services were relaxing and the ladies did a great job. I didn't love how I had both done at the same time, however, they asked me before hand if that was OK. Going forward I'll probably try and get them separate so I can enjoy each service on its own. This was my first time getting a dip manicure and I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. I was getting no chip manis for 15+ years, but as a mom with a newborn... I need something that's stronger and NOT going to chip or scratch my baby. It was clean, the staff was friendly, confident, and not pushy. This might seem wrong to say, but the accents were minimal and it was comforting to understand what my artist was saying. He also made sure that I knew what to expect as far as how my nails would look when finished before completing the process. The prices were absolutely fair - right in the middle, as expected. The guy working on my nails did one nail that was a little harsh, and I ouched. I told him I had psoriasis in my nails and that was painful. Most other places I've been to go gently after they've been informed. This guy started pinching a lot more with his nail. I had a little itch in my hair so I rubbed it. And he said not to touch my hair. I pulled my hand up to see the nails and he not pull up my hand as the polish will start running. What?!?! I've never had this kind of poor experience before. I had French manicure with a coat of sparkles.....he never asked what kind of sparkles I wanted, just applied whatever was on his table. Then charged me $15 extra for "the design". My granddaughter had dip with different nail colors, and he charged I think $25 extra for her. A total of $168 for 2 rude manicures. When we walked out I asked my granddaughter casually how she liked it, and her reply was they're very condescending and she didn't feel like even asking them for a free drink. The free drink is definitely not worth the amount we paid and the worst service we ever received. Never going back and will advise all my friends and family to avoid this place. They should be reported to BBB for their disdainful attitudes and rip off charges. Classy is way too unclassy.

A gentle exfoliation using our sugar scrub. Callus treatment to smooth rough patches. Steam massage to relax muscles and enhance circulation. Warm towel wrap and paraffin wax treatment will melt away your worries and soothe your tired feet. I highly recommend this one. They scrub my legs with actual oranges and milk. It was really nice! I also really like getting calluses removed and the paraffin wax. My only complaint is I wanted a little bit more done with the callus removal. Next time I will just tell them that. When I returned, I checked in and then I sat there waiting for another 10 minutes before another woman walked in and said she also had a 6:00 appointment. The staff then told a client whose nails they were already working on that they couldn't continue her design because the woman who had just arrived had an appointment. After hearing that conversation...and knowing I had already been waiting over 20 minutes myself...I spoke up and said that I also had a 6:00 appointment. The other woman left because she was understandably frustrated, and then the staff proceeded to ignore me. I get it if they are busy, but the fact that there was no communication between any one of their employees or me was ridiculous. I finally asked how much longer they think it would be. They said they were finishing a design. (Even though they were about to stop the design to work on the nails of the woman that came in 10 minutes after me) I asked again, and they told me about 20 more minutes.
