The offerings include makeup, snacks, beverages, plush toys, stuffed pillows, body sprays, etc. The price point of the items was not too shabby. The overall aesthetic of the store was adorably inviting. I also enjoyed the musical selection from the radio station; very upbeat and entertaining. The staff members were even kind and friendly. No apology, no effort to fix her mistake--just arrogance and incompetence rolled into one. If this store insists on hiring employees like Gaslight-Jenypher, they might as well rebrand as 'Carters: Where Customer Service Comes to Die.' And when I've needed assistance finding something they have always been very helpful. I most recently came in for a bra fitting. I asked where they did the fitting measurements and they said they could either do it in the section we were in, or we could go to a dressing room. I was fine having it done in the bra section where we were. I told them which bra I usually get and they gave me a few other styles to try. These didn't work, however, the fitting was good so I went back to my regular style and chose some colors. Eboni and My we're both very helpful. All the other ladies were helpful as well, I just don't. remember everyone's name. Every time I have come into the store, they have been pleasant and helpful. My only complaint has to do with the actual merchandise. It is overpriced for the quality of the clothes. Bras and underwear are great but some of the tops are made out of a cheap quality. I get all my work pants from Lane Bryant and I usually buy several pairs of the same kind. My only complaint is they don't carry the short length in the store. Also, quit changing the front pockets. Just regular pockets, no zippers, please!

Carol immediately made me feel comfortable. She was warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took one look at me, helped me find the right size, and somehow got it right almost immediately. What could have been a stressful and discouraging shopping trip turned into a genuinely positive experience. Carol made me feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable in my own skin. I had never even heard the name of this store brand before but I knew I had to find one. This was the closest one to me so I drove the 40 minutes to check it out. I was not disappointed. This is the cutest little store I have patronized in a long time! As soon as I got there I was welcomed in by the staff, who were consistently great throughout my entire visit. After wandering for a while checking out lots of things I wasn't expecting to find, the staff number that appeared to be the supervisor asked me if I was looking for anything specific and when I told her she immediately directed me to the area. She showed me pretty much all the items they had. I must have been there for 20 minutes at least just looking through everything and then adjacent to that. Found some separate items that I was also super interested in. After a few more minutes, the other staff member brought out some items from the back to show me that were related to the ones that I was looking at. My excitement must have been louder than I thought because I didn't even realize anyone was paying attention to me. I did appreciate the thoughtfulness and service. Ultimately, I left a very happy shopper. There were so many unique items. For the niche and the quality, the prices were also totally reasonable. They even had an entire wall in the back of clearance. The store was clean and well organized and I liked that they had inclusive sizes on the mannequins. My entire experience here was good from start to finish. On my way to the store I had read that Boxlunch is similar to a Hot topic or Spencer's Gifts (both of which are also in this mall by the way) and I guess in a way it is, but those stores have been around forever and I really felt like this store was far superior. For me, it's that a lot of the items aren't just quirky or make good gifts, but that they take actual items that you would use or want everyday and incorporate them into the styles and themes that you want, often in a clever way. If, like me, you have never been to one of these stores before, I highly recommend you head to the nearest one and check it out.

It wasn't until I realized that the machine clearly wasn't working bc I was using the wrong one , and I looked at that him and commented, "so you just weren't gonna say anything" to which he responded " I mean what did you think" and I had said "that it was somewhere that I can pay because it's a register". Quite frankly, I didn't need him to be a smart ass, and I found it really rude that he left me completely clueless and didn't even tell me that I was using the wrong machine and continued to make a patronizing comments.
