I'm aware that some items are justified in price because they are handmade and even some by local artist but the some of the price tags shock me a bit. There were at least 4 staff behind the counter with no one checking out. A few days before my quoted ship date I contacted traditions to check-in and they informed my ship date was actually delayed by 3 months due to a misunderstanding on their end with the vendor. Had I simply ordered online through the manufacturer, I would've already received my order. I canceled my order and received a refund without issue. I placed an order directly with the manufacturer for a slightly lower price and faster delivery than they quoted. I can't speak to their design services. I suspect this business isn't really meant for my budget (~$3-$5K for outdoor furniture) and more for whole home custom furniture/design purchases with $50k+ budgets.

The staff was helpful and provided information regarding best type of care of the pans and how to cook with their cookware. I love that Nordic Ware is an American made brand that makes high quality bakeware. If I am in the area and in need of cook ware I would definitely come again.

Assured they could sort out the complicated repair, I was told it would cost $70. Honestly, I didn´t flinch because the carrier itself was over $450! So after a wonderful chat with the friendly staff, I left it in their hands for a week. I should note the COVID precautions they take are good, they require masks, have hand sanitizer easily accessible, plexiglass shields around the cashier desk, and clean vs used pens for paperwork. After a week I returned and the repair was amazing. The zippered panel looked like new and worked beautifully. I´m so impressed by their knowledge and repair skills I will be bringing in a leather bag to get the strap repaired. Highly recommend.

They refused to stand behind their work and repair the damage which they had caused. I come to this location a lot for lots of odds and ends like a new bike computer, bike lights, water bottles, tubes, CO2 cartridges, etc. We also bought a Specialized commuter bike this year from this store as well. We bought the bike here largely because of the service we get on all the small things. I even had my snowboard tuned here, too. The customer service is generally very good. Someone usually greets me fairly quickly and asks if I need help and if I do, they seem to take it as a mission to complete and get all into it, even if it is something small like bottle cages or something.
