Now I feel like it's more of an overpriced gift shop. I'm aware that some items are justified in price because they are handmade and even some by local artist but the some of the price tags shock me a bit. I do like that they have Mn merch and a bit more trendy items (like disco stuff is in at the moment). The staff weren't very friendly. There were at least 4 staff behind the counter with no one checking out. No one greeted us, even when we were looking at jewelry at the counter they all had their backs turned to us and carried on with their personal conversations. Parking is easy at this location only

A few days before my quoted ship date I contacted traditions to check-in and they informed my ship date was actually delayed by 3 months due to a misunderstanding on their end with the vendor. Had I simply ordered online through the manufacturer, I would've already received my order. I canceled my order and received a refund without issue. I placed an order directly with the manufacturer for a slightly lower price and faster delivery than they quoted. I can't speak to their design services. I suspect this business isn't really meant for my budget (~$3-$5K for outdoor furniture) and more for whole home custom furniture/design purchases with $50k+ budgets.

I had a specific pan style in mind that I was not able to find online from Nordic Ware at the time of shopping and was actually able to purchase it at the outlet! If you don't mind looking through inventory while shopping there is a fair amount that are a good price. Even the pans that had deformities were in pretty solid condition. The staff was helpful and provided information regarding best type of care of the pans and how to cook with their cookware. I love that Nordic Ware is an American made brand that makes high quality bakeware. If I am in the area and in need of cook ware I would definitely come again.

I'd found a few pieces I wanted, and one of the ladies who worked there said, "I think we have those in the back," and took me to where they have the yellow tag seconds and clearance items. Here's a helpful hint for if you shop in this area: the uglier pans are apparently the ones for industrial use, meaning they are not pretty on the outside but the interior is triple-coated and will last a lot longer because they are designed for heavy use. Now, with all the goods in this section, you have to look carefully for scratches and dings, but I found things in good condition that were about $20 less than their 'pretty' counterparts across the room. The factory store doesn't sell goods online. They are all about the treasure hunt mentality. I certainly found some treasures!

I come to this location a lot for lots of odds and ends like a new bike computer, bike lights, water bottles, tubes, CO2 cartridges, etc. We also bought a Specialized commuter bike this year from this store as well. We bought the bike here largely because of the service we get on all the small things. I even had my snowboard tuned here, too. The customer service is generally very good. Someone usually greets me fairly quickly and asks if I need help and if I do, they seem to take it as a mission to complete and get all into it, even if it is something small like bottle cages or something.
