The main part of the store contains lingerie, massage oils, bridal shower stuff, and more. They have a room on the back, left of their store with what I guess would be considered more adult items. You have to have ID and be 18 or over to be in that part of the store. Madison was helpful and explained about the safety of different materials. I got what I wanted this trip and will be returning.

This company and its owner has refused to refund the cleaning deposit we gave her ... she accused us of "leaving the facility in disarray and dirty". We assured the space was left much better than when we arrived. I tried to call in order to have a reasonable discussion about this but my family has been blocked from her communications. This is about professional accountability. We are officially asking the owner to issue a valid check to my sister for her cleaning deposit... this is not harassment. In the spirit of integrity, Pay back the deposit we deserve. Thank you.

When I asked for proof that the photos were taken during the inspection following my rental, none was provided. Some of the images didn't even reflect items we left behind. It's frustrating to be held responsible without clear evidence, especially when communication throughout the process was inconsistent and delayed. Additionally, several of the tables were in poor condition and not fully usable. If you do choose to book, I strongly suggest documenting everything before and after your event to protect yourself. Upon squirting it into my coffee I noticed it was dripping differently than other honeys. I looked at the ingredients and it showed clover honey, wild huckleberry juice and pectin. Wow, how disappointing! I thought that the honey was collected from bees collecting the pollen amidst huckleberry bushes or trees. Stop selling this honey since it should be listed as fraudulent. I hope that the food inspector would put a stop to this kind of practice.

Then we picked up a really cute shoes and they said sorry that ones sold and it was our last one and we were the only ones in the store. I felt like the way they treated us was if they didn't even want to service us. Never had an experience like this before and sad to say out of 33 years of my life this is the first time I felt such ugly personality shown to us when we were huts about to drop over $1000 in your store. Definitely needs some coaching to these staff. Rude!

We finally had the money and we picked out a beautiful yet simple. They sized it to fit my finger and when I got it back it wasn't smooth around the band. It looked like it had little hammer marks all through it and it had really small scratches. It bothered me but I didn't want to say anything because my husband was so proud. I'm a stay at home mom so I don't do anything crazy but unnoticed that one of the diamonds had fallen out. I took it in to have it replaced. While I was there I brought up the roughness around the band and the scratches. They said they'd get it fixed and call me when they're done. They did replace the diamond but the band was still not smooth. I had to send it back again. The lady I spoke with was very rude and unapologetic for their mistake. She made me feel like my concerns weren't valid and that she felt they were petty. For being a diamond ring and for something that is supposed to be special, this hasn't been a great experience. Now I wish we would have spent the extra money and gone somewhere else.
