I got the jacket and then a pair of shorts, and wanted more. I went back to get more and of course nothing there. So I headed over to Ross and got 3 different pairs at a screaming deal. Why have I not been shopping here? All name brand stuff, for a fraction of what I'd pay elsewhere. I suppose my only gripes are the lines. They also have some pretty serious theft problems so they have some very restrictive rules with trying on clothes etc. All in all, I'm going back when I want more. The heck with paying top dollar at name brand stores.

The manager and the other associate had a full blown conversation while I being rang up and I was over charged for an item. I would suggest to keep the conversations to a minimum if you have to adjust pricing and you aren't good at multi tasking. It would also be nice if you speak with the customer if you want to chat.
