First off, they carry a great selection of some of my favourite brands including Matt & Nat, Free People, Michael Kors, and Scotch & Soda. Everything is fashion-forward and current. Every time I'm looking for something new to wear, this is my first stop. The store is always well organized and tidy. I've never had an issue finding my size in something new, though there have been a couple times that I've waited too long to commit to something and regretted it afterwards! The staff here are all helpful and friendly. Even during the busy Christmas season, I was always able to get help when I needed it. I also never feel pressed into buying (but usually end up doing it anyway!)

Worst experience and poor excuse for a trailer repair facility. 7 months and not a darn thing done…read moreto fix our trailer but a dab of silicone.Week after week, month after month, chasing the STRV rep; and leaving message after message or email after email - only to have more excuses when she did returned a call or email (few times over 7 months) . Always an excuse about being busy, being on vacation or having their supplier here or there not get back to her for parts or decals In the end,the straw broke and we got fed up for good. This, after the summer season now gone and they said they did not have the ability to get what they needed - something they could have had the courtesy of telling us from the first weeks on. If I could review them lower i would. I picked up our beloved trailer today (to take to another reputable repair facility) and sadly our trailer was never even touched , it was returned back to us caked with dust/dirt and obviously baked in the sun on some forgotten lot off-site. Sad as hell. The other repair facility btw assures us that the parts needed are available and our trailer can be fixed within weeks. Don't go to South Thompson RV, it is not a place to take your trailer for repair

What was delivered was dull and looked very cheap. I actually ended up apologizing to him for the arrangement because i was so embarrassed at what was sent .His staff also sent a flower arrangement from another flower shop and the comparison between this flower shop and the other one ( Newell as I found out later) was dramatic. The heel-locking mechanism was faulty, which was by no means on them. What was their fault though was subsequently mocking my understanding of gear/skiing and only finally sheepishly relenting on the replacement when I insisted they try for themselves to lock/unlock the heel and they were incapable of doing so. Their "satisfaction guarantee" is about as flimsy as the calibre of their customer service. I regret not asking around before providing Attridge's with my business, given the abundance of other fantastic local options in Vernon. Chatting with locals, I hear the store has apparently gone very downhill since management changed a number of years ago. Suffice to say, I'll not be going back. Would score it lower on the star-rating scale but sadly the option isn't available.

If you are looking for cowboy boots to wear at the next night out at the Horseshoe or Cameron, this is the place to buy them. So many varieties and colour accents everywhere. All the cool cowgirls must shop here, and I did notice the horse handler at the nearby stables had some of these gorgeous boots. The clothes selection is large with every type of accessories from belt buckles to cowboy hats and authentic western jeans. There is a maze of a hallway that leads away from the clothes into the tack section with so many horse bits, the sight is dizzying and lots of fun to look at.
