After calling a couple other places and being put on hold and finally disconnected, I called Bed Bath & Beyond and was promptly connected to a knowledgeable sales rep who made sure the 15 shower curtain liners I needed were in stock and put aside for me at customer service. I also know now that I can call ahead in future and order whatever I need and they'll get it in for me usually within a week. Have now added this store to my list of regular suppliers. Thanks to store manager Marcus for the service. :)

We had our kitchen cupboards and countertops done by kami. At first they were pleasant and helpful…read morebut once the money was paid the whole experience changed. We had issues with the lazy Susan, issues with the rolling island, issues with some of the cupboard handles. They sent us a new shelf for the lazy Susan then asked us if we could install it, sent us new handles for the cupboards and told us to please just change them so they wouldn't have to make a trip just for that. My husband had to fix the rolling island himself as they would not return our calls. Then our countertop separated at a seam and finally after 4 months of trying to get ahold of them they accused us of abusing the counter and that it was our fault it got wet and swelled. They literally called my husband a liar when he said we did not abuse it we simply cleaned it with a wet rag as everybody does. Cam was extremely rude and yelling over the phone and told us it would cost $2500 to replace the countertop and that he was sick of lying customers. Our kitchen was only 6 months old at the time, and not abused. This is the worst experience we have ever had with a so called professional business. After they receive the money they want nothing more to do with you. The only recourse we have is to write this review and hope it helps somebody else choose a better company. Kami countertops are definitely a company to stay away from. Barb W

Awful to deal with. Owner/estimator and Arlene were awful to deal with, accused ya of lying to them…read morewhen they measured incorrectly. Wouldn't repair any defects, poor installation. Had them referred to us by a restoration company. Do not use These guys. Also refused to come back to finish the job because we made him fix his initial incorrect measurements
