    The salesman made promises that my furniture would be delivered by a specific date. He indicated…read morethat it would be no problem to have them delivered the day I needed them. I needed it by August 4, 2025. The salesman stated it would be at the delivery company by July 21 and I would get an email to schedule my delivery window. I did not get the email, so I sent an email to WFB in Kamloops. I was again assured that it would be delivered on August 4. On August 4, my furniture did not show up and I could not contact anyone to get any answers until August 5. At which time they told me the 4th was a stat holiday. The 4th was a stat when I ordered it and when I checked to ensure I would get my furniture on time. Over the next few days I spoke with Aditya Rai several times as my furniture was not delivered for another 8 days. Aditya kept telling me that August 4th was a stat. Telling him that explains one days worth of delay didn't seem to phase him. He also tried to shift responsibility to the delivery company, stating they had no responsibility once it went to the transport company. I reminded Aditya that I had an agreement with WFB and not the transport company. I also stated that I didn't care what subcontractor they used to get my furniture to me. During my discussions with Aditya, he revealed that there was never any plan to get my furniture delivered to my house by August 4. There had been no effort to get it to the transport company by July 21. It has been scheduled to be delivered to the transport company by August 5, 2025 and then let me deal with the delay. Shady sales for sure!! Lots of lying on his and WFB's part. When it seems like I was finally going to get my furniture delivered August 11, the transport company cancelled it. WFB was no help once again. They then told me it could be delivered August 15, 2025. I told them that was not acceptable and told them I was going to cancel my order. That seemed to work as my furniture was delivered the next day. WFB did not care that there dishonesty meant someone was sitting in a house for 8 days without even a chair or bed. It should not have taken a bunch of angry emails and phone calls and finally a threat to cancel the order to get WFB to take some action and get my furniture delivered. Terrible company, very dishonest. Once the sale has been made and they have your money, they don't care about you.

She assured me to sleep on one and if I was not happy to bring them both back. They would exchange me a new one but could not refund because of course they couldn't resell it which I understood. Two days later I went back to the store to exchange for another down pillow, well the women (a different employee) that waited on me and I say that quite loosely because she obviously did not want to be bothered. She told me that they don't exchange pillows. I told her I was assured by a different employee that I could. I asked her if she had other down pillows, she said no. I asked if she could please look in the green book and she did. She then went to the back with no luck. Went to the drawers at the front and found one king size down pillow ($159.00) which I would have probably would have bought but she wouldn't let me take it out of the package to look at it. So I grabbed my other pillows and left the store, My husband and I have bought two (2) adjustable beds previously from this store and I will not return. I feel that employees make or break a business and the owners have a right to know what goes on when they are not around.
