I interviewed several companies, Anderson, Pella and more. Upon meeting John, one of the owners, I immediately felt conformable. There was no high pressure, never ending talking like the other companies did. He took me through product choices, the various price points and made great suggestions! The unique thing with this company, they are working with the best window companies in the business. Anderson, Bella, Harvey, others. They have access to all those lines. I found that refreshing. When you talk to Anderson sales people, they're selling you only Anderson windows With Windows Solutions Plus, they are suggesting the best line and the best quality for your specific home. I selected Harvey Windows, top vinyl line, based on John's suggestion and the price point. Deposit given, order was placed. Withing 6 weeks , I received notice the windows are ready for install and we booked an install, a few weeks out. The install was Thurs ( 1/24/24) The installers were great. They arrived exactly on time, Spoke well, understandable and polite. They first spent time lining the home with drop cloth , covering near by furnture with plastic. It made me comfortable that they respected my property. Then, the removal of the old windows. Very little noise and very little dust or debris. After that came the install of the windows. It was seamless, everything fit perfectly. Then, the trim work and finish trim. This is where I feel high quality carpenters are needed for a good install The team at Window Solution Plus, has great carpentry skills. The trim work both inside and outside look terrific. Spot on. The next stage was cleanup. It wasn't a 15 minute rush job. Instead, it was a well executed professional job, lasting over 1 hour. Vacuuming, dusting inside. Actually washing certain areas of the floor. Then the coup de grace, they go around the property near the outside of windows and pick-up debris by hand, then vacuum. When they leave , the inside and outside is perfect. Like they were never in my home My wife and I couldn't be more happy with our windows and this company I will hire them again in the near future and highly recommend you do the same. I give them one star because I have to. I had a dozen windows replaced and siding on a large home…read moreand 3.5 car garage and shed. The installs were very good with good staff and work ethic. Fast forward a year and the siding they recommended is defective with white spots all over it from the injection molding process. The spots are oxidation spots. There are thousands of them varying from the size of a pencil eraser and larger on every run of siding from top to bottom and left to right and they are all about 5 or 6 inches apart. They will not come out or off. The siding company went out of business within that year so there goes my life time warranty. Side Tex would in no way help me. I tried numerous times to work with side tex. They washed their hands of us. They wanted us to pay full labor and material to do the job over. Then they had the nerve to tell my neighbor a few houses a way what a good job they did on my home. I told my neighbor to stay clear. They are great at taking your money but then do not back up the work or companies they recommend.

From what I've heard, new windows will cut energy costs 20-30%, but this wasn't a big deal for us as our bills are low already after replacing our boiler. But I digress. Dealing with housing contractors is usually a pain, but this was the first time I was 100% satisfied with everything. I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but really they were professional, courteous, on schedule, etc. We had received quotes from 3 companies, and their prices were mid-range but were offering much better quality vinyl windows (and we were replacing 24!). We liked their small showroom and the fact Paul Knapp and Co. gave us plenty of time to look around without pressuring us. We were able to talk to a previous customer who had had the windows a few years and that also gave us confidence before taking on such an expensive project. After committing, they gave us a date a month later when the windows would be in and they would install them and lo and behold that was the actual week they were ready to install! Brad and the other guys (Joe and ?) were very friendly, clean, and ON TIME (Yay!). The job took 2.5 days just like they said it would. And finally, I can be very uptight about these things, and when I noticed the caulking had a few (very very tiny) gaps in a few windows that probably no one else would notice, they were there the next day to make things to my satisfaction. Great customer service. I would definitely use them again.

We hired Cipriani to replace our sun porch with Timbertek patio boards. They also worked with a…read morelocal subcontractor to custom build our screens and removable inserts to make the space a nearly 4 season room. Let's start with the pros. They were excellent communicators throughout the process. Richard did our initial quote, then Mike throughout the build. They were always timely and professional, and I never felt any of my questions were stupid or minimized. Once the build started, they kept me updated in both timing of different parts of the project and also how the payment structure was broken down. We use this space constantly because I love how it turned out, so that's the other pro. Once it was done it was immediately usable. The main con was that we had to wait a bit due to projects in front of ours, and the weather/temperature since the build involved concrete pillars. We knew this project would not be cheap, but that was mainly due to the materials and the additional time those materials inserted into the build. For example, you cannot see any fastener holes from the top of any of the boards. We already have Cipriani in mind for our kitchen remodel in the near future. I highly recommend them. We've worked with a number of contractors over the years (old house, go figure!) and they were so much better than any of the others.
