Due to our Chicago weather, many of the posts were rotting out, so it was time to replace. I called that same company for an estimate. They came out, but did not spend a lot of time with me; I was debating between purchasing another wood fence or an aluminum fence. We have a very large backyard so this would be a big project. I also called Paramount for an estimate. The salesman we had was Laura. She spent more than 45 minutes discussing where the Fence should go, how it would look with the house, and the differences between wood and aluminum. Paramount was a little bit higher in price compared to our old company, but the big difference was the expertise and professionalism! Laura was so detailed oriented and continued even after the deposit was made to keep us updated on the progress of our project, due to gates having to be special ordered. It has only been six weeks since installation, so I cannot comment on long-term durability, but I can comment on their initial work. We had a great flood on the Fourth of July, which was only three days after installation! My husband and I were having an anxiety attack since you're not supposed to even open the gate for two or three days after installation. As you can see in the video, the Fence held. If this is a testament on the quality of material and installation, I don't know what could be. I highly recommend Paramount Fence, and a big thank you to Laura for making this experience seamless!

NEVER DID THE BACK fence at all it's still out on top but he sent me an invoice for $529 & when I said I would write him a check he stated leave the name blank. My answer is NO my check will have the company name as the invoice states & the invoice number. Frank, then says no you need to pay it through zelle. Frank gave me three different numbers (SOUNDS VERY FISHY & suspicious text messages) he was getting angrier by the minute. Hey lady.... I said I don't use Zelle. He finally picked up the check the next day then I noticed he DIDNT even fix the back fence. MY LOSS BUT I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH HIS ADDITUDE ANY MORE. CASH THE CHECK... I noticed the issue & thus have zero leverage, but NOW HES REFUSING TO CASH THE CHECK. So 2 reasons for a bad review. In light of their poor customer service I can NOT recommend Paramount.

He was straight forward, knowledgeable, really knew his product and gave us great recommendations. He did not push upsells. We had an idea what we wanted and he was able to guide us to not do things that may not be aesthetically pleasing or take away from our home. Even though we were small potatoes as far as what we wanted, he treated us like we were one of his larger jobs. I will update when we get it installed mid August. Salesman Bob Race said that we needed a 5 ft. gate to fit a refrigerator through. We had it done…read morejust as he suggested. The way it got implemented is terrible. Bob placed the swinging gate directly in front of a casement window & gutter downspout. We are now unable to use the window & gate at the same time. They smash into one another. The gutter downspout already got walked over by other contractors 1 month later. On to the next problematic gate... Gate #2 doesn't have a 2nd bar going into the ground to keep it secure. It flaps open during turbulent winds / tornado season. I have emailed Greg the owner many times about my concerns. He acknowledged that it can be corrected. It is now 1 year since the fence was installed. 6 months of which my complaints being sent to them. I have sent emails to Bob, Greg & Carla. I have stated that I was willing to pay for the corrections. They continue to hide while ignoring all my messages Our refrigerator at that time (and still is) Danby DFF101B1BSLDB 10.1 Cu.Ft.. Measures just shy of 2 ft. Salesman Bob Race NEVER came inside to take measurements of our existing unit. According to Bob you have to make a 5 ft. clearance for ALL refrigerators! It makes no sense to us because our old fence gate was standard sized. Around 2.5 ft. We had never asked for it to be up sized. Another thing that they did wrong was not removing any old fence posts. I spotted about 7 that is no longer being used. It was never brought to our attention that they would just be building over them. My removal tool cannot pull them out now. No room to work.
