We are so glad she did because we could not be happier with the service and results. From the very first moment we contacted them, they answered quickly and got us an appointment for an estimate. Chuck came out and explained everything thoroughly, measured, and gave a fair price. He was so knowledgeable, answered every question, and knew how to describe everything so that we could understand. It was almost like having an old friend over - that's how friendly and approachable he was. No hard selling, no pressure at all. All the windows are made to order - so Chuck told is it could take 6 weeks. But, they were done within 3 weeks - so we were very pleasantly surprised. Dimitry came to do the installation. He did three windows in three hours, and did them so incredibly well. Additionally, he cleaned up so thoroughly that you couldn't even tell that windows were replaced. He treated the job like it was being done in his own house; that's the level of craftsmanship and professionalism he showed. The transformation was remarkable - and the quality of the product is outstanding. The new windows keep out heat and light, and will last a very, very long time! For anyone hesitating to replace windows because of fear of the process, this company is for you. Nothing bad about our experience; quite the opposite. We are thrilled with the final result and would definitely use them again.

They came out the following week and got it all done over 1 1/2 days. The workers dug up the old sod, laid the weed barrier, put down the decomposed granite, laid the turf and rock border, and had the yard looking amazing in a very short period of time. They worked non stop to get it done quickly. I have received multiple compliments from neighbors. including my next door neighbor who went with a cheaper company and wished he had went with Best Choice Home Remodeling instead. Very happy with the job they did and am already planning on using them for bathroom remodeling. They are a one stop shop for anything home related.

That matters when a crew is in your space all day. What really stood out was the extra care they took: sweeping the patio, vacuuming the area around each window, and keeping things as clean as possible during a very dusty job. They put in a solid 6.5-hour day on the first day alone, not including drive time or loading and unloading equipment. Hard-working, respectful, and detail-oriented. I'd be happy to have Francisco and Hiram back for future work and would recommend them without hesitation.

I called multiple times and was given multiple dates that someone would be out to take a look at it. When someone finally came out to look at it they worked on it a while and stated it was fixed. within a few weeks it was leaking and loose again. I called in and was told they were waiting on am part to come in. When the technician was out they claimed it was fixed. The part finally came in and we set a time to install and no one showed up, this happened when he originally came out as well. After it was finally installed the seal looked all bunched up on the bottom and soon after it was leaking again. This time when I called in they stated the window was not able to be fixed and the owner would have to come out. Three dates and times were given and every time no communication and no owner. The owner finally came out and claims he does not think he could do anything to fix it and it will need a completely new window since the measurements were slightly off. He said he would look into some things and get back to me and that he couldn't just provide a new window since this was very expensive and custom. His team did the measurements. I have reached out to him every week for the part month with no response and this window has not been sealed for a year and a half resulting in significantly higher bills. Moments later a tall, bald, most importantly rude gentleman asked what my cardboard cut out was. I replied that it was a template that I was told to bring in. As we were walking out of the lobby I said the measurements were also written down. He said the template edges weren't clean enough and he couldn't cut based on it. Both my wife and I sensed the A-hole on display. It was tone, body language and word choice. So I said never mind as I don't want to waste anyone's time. Mind you, he never saw the glass and all I wanted to know was whether it could be cut down. Bottom line, I didn't get any question answered. Me being in my late 50's means I refuse to give $ to any business that treats customers like crap. The only good to come of my time at C&C was a free notepad and pen.
