The park my mom's home is in does not allow for the use of a sprayer for paint. I didn't know this. But James did. All the other painters that gave me quotes didn't know this rule either. When I asked the other painters about this rule. They added another $1k to their already very expensive quotes. James was very reasonable in his quote and he did a fantastic job!! He came out to power wash first. Did an excellent job w that. He showed up on time, everyday and completed the job within the time frame he gave. When it was finished I looked closely for mistakes and honestly couldn't find any. If anything I found his attention to detail. Like taking off the numbers and the brand of the home repainting them, and putting them back up. Small thing, but for me, made the whole job just look clean. James and his partner worked side by side every day. And when they were finished, went above and beyond to clean up. The place looks fresh and amazing!! I highly highly recommend James/Mobilhome painters specialist for any painting needs. Both inside and out!! I forgot to mention that he did some interior touch ups as well. And that too looks great! He was so dedicated to finding the right color match!! Thank you so much James. I will recommend you to everyone I know who needs their mobilhome painted!!

So when it came time do do my own home (it was just fully renovated), I did not have the time to paint the entire interior (as my full-time job takes me to the Middle East about 50% of the time). So I had to find someone who would do as well or better than I would - did not think this was possible. I phone-interviewed about half a dozen painting companies and narrowed the search down to 3 whom I in-person interviewed. No one even came close to Alberto and the AMK team. When I told Alberto that "I am a hobbyist painter and I would be very critical of his work", he simply smiled and said that he looked forward to the challenge. Every day now I look through my entire renovated home and my favorite thing to see is the incredible detailed and literally perfect paint job that AMK did. Walls, closets, doors, trim, ceilings, they do it all and they do it better than anyone else. These guys take caring for your home seriously, they value what you value and it shows. Don't regret choosing a 2nd tier painter, it's not worth it. Call Alberto and give him and team the opportunity to prove me right. Thank you for taking the time to read this, you won't be sorry if you make the call to AMK. Russ

Most people I asked were afraid of the job or would bombard me without any details. Andrew was a real human that got on a call with me, broke down his process, added details to help me understand (because there was a leaf and metal inside the table to complicate matters) and was fully transparent about his availability. He also mentioned a generous price because it was my grandmother, which he didn't have to do. He showed up at the time window I requested (time windows are best for contractors because job times vary). My kids wanted to watch and he was friendly and approachable. He requested to work outside so that he could keep my place as tidy as possible. I have a high-volume life and I was able to trust him to work on his own, go to Home Depot and back for more tools he needed unexpectedly (he was prepared but that table needed more maintenance), and lock up my house properly when he left. Jose at JVS Premier Painting Inc. was recommended to me by the team that replaced our roof. We had a good experience with that roofing team, so I took the recommendation seriously and called Jose. From the first call, Jose was friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. He provided a quick, no-pressure estimate for the project. As we walked around the house, Jose pointed out certain items and asked for my feedback. He was willing to provide his own advice or options as we went along. Once the project began, Jose remained communicative, and he + his team were always on time and worked full days. We were up against an insane heat wave during this project, and despite the 100+ degree temperatures, this team didn't cut corners or rush. In fact, they were far more thorough than my wife and I expected them to be. The final results truly blew us away. The more we walk around the house, the more we point things out to each other like, "Oh look -- they even painted/fixed THIS." We have a 1950s home that has needed a lot of work. In the last few years, I've had to hire a roofing team, a plumbing team, an electrical team, etc. Of all the teams I have hired, I can say confidently that I have had the best experience with JVS Premier Painting Inc. -- I will be recommending them to anyone who asks. If you're poking around reviews right now and looking for a team you can trust to do things right, and even think about things you haven't thought about/don't understand re: house painting, this is your team. It's a great feeling to put money into a house project and, at the end, say, "Man, I'm REALLY glad I chose that team for this project." You won't be disappointed.
