I…read morewas calling around and getting some pretty expensive quotes that were out of my budget, so I had a painter friend recommend using craigslist. I found Elder, the owner of Easy Painting Company. He was very professional, very kind and very patient. He met me at the rental to do a walk-through, and gave me the most reasonable quote out of my four day research on paint jobs. Elder scheduled the next day, he was punctual, professional, accountable, paid great attention to detail, and definitely put his customer and the job first. The job was quoted to take three hours, but took six hours for him and his apprentice, because of the age and condition of the rental. Elder made sure to stay until the job was done perfectly. He had me do a walk-through and show him and his apprentice any spots that I wanted to do any kind of touchup and stayed until I was totally satisfied with the completion of the job. Elder really came to help when I needed it, and did an excellent job, had excellent prices, excellent workers, and an excellent mindset to treat his customers with respect, professionalism and heart. I really appreciate him helping me get my little place ready for this new chapter in my life. I highly recommend if you have any kind of work you need done, give him a call. He does Painting, Tile, Flooring, Drywall and many handyman projects. He is awesome! Thanks again Elder for making a difference. Best Wishes, Laura Lisa

A year after completing our interior, they followed up and are more than willing to touch up any areas of need! They treat customers as family, with kindness and compassion. Without those pesky "bumps in the road! As they painted the exterior several additional projects were added to the job, and Tom Schaeffer added very reasonable charges. There were a number of challenges in these projects; each was met with a very willing attitude and a lot of resourcefulness. We ended up with a full exterior paint job, painting of complete exterior fencing, replacement of panels under the eaves, including replacement of interior sheet rock, staining of new interior French doors and much more. The whole crew was friendly, professional, and talented. After dealing with painting contractors over decades of managing properties, we rate Reliable Painting as among the best we've ever worked with. Highly recommended! It was time for some updating. We had searched high and low, interviewing contractor after contractor, and could not believe the surge in pricing that occurred during the pandemic. Little did we know, that the answer was right in front of us. We remembered that my wife's sister had some great work done a couple of years back, and that's when we found Tony with Caleb Painting. The house needed some love. There were probably 5 different textures throughout the house, 10 different paint colors, and closet and bedroom doors that were older than my oldest living relatives. Caleb painting did an amazing job of making our dreams come true. They repaired/replaced drywall throughout the entire house, added insulation, patched up openings where old AC wall units had been, replaced all of our doors and closet doors, installed base boards, retextured and painted walls and ceilings, and relocated some of our outlets. The work was excellent, and the pricing was even better. We were so happy with his work that we hired him again to paint the exterior of the house and patch up some of the stucco. Tony is great to work with, he's honest, and Caleb Painting is fast! When they're working on your house, they are working on YOUR house...none of this "I can only work three days a week at your house because I'm working at another house the other days" that you get from other contractors. Tony makes sure that your work is done efficiently, and that you are happy with the result. We will definitely be calling him back for other projects, and so should you!

Even after we made several color changes post-contract, Cody remained patient, responsive, and fully committed to helping us get the exact result we wanted. The crew was exceptional--kind, professional, and extremely respectful of our home. They kept all work areas clean, stayed on schedule, and showed impressive attention to detail. The finished exterior looks incredible: crisp lines, smooth and even coverage, and a flawless overall result that truly exceeded our expectations. Although we only had our exterior painted, we would absolutely recommend Straitline Painting for any painting service. They provide top-tier workmanship, honest pricing, great communication, and a stress-free, high-quality experience. We are thrilled with the outcome and would hire them again without hesitation.

I ended up finding three contractors that all looked excellent from those reviews and called each for a bid. One said he was familiar with the model and didn't need to come out to quote it. I asked him to do so because there were a couple of repairs that we wanted done at the same time. He asked us to send pictures because he was too busy. I scratched him off the list. The next said he couldn't come out for two or three weeks and that he could give me a call. I passed. I called Straitline Painting next and was pleasantly surprised when someone actually answered the phone. I spoke with Cody, the president of the company and he told me he was very interested in quoting the job and wanted to know if it would be okay if he came out the next morning. We met and he walked the house with us. He was on time and as we walked through the house pointing out some of the areas that needed some extra attention he was very engaged and seemed genuinely interested in giving us the best advice he's could after many years in the industry. He gave us a professionally prepared detailed and fair bid within 2 days and we gave him the job . He even helped us finalize the paint colorto take into account the way the sunlight comes into the home and took the time to show us some of the differences room to room that paint color selection can make. (We ultimately selected a color based on his input.) He and his painter Jerome took a little less than a week to finish the job but I could tell from the beginning that they were pros. Rosin paper down all around and everything masked to prevent any over spray or damage to our property. They spent a good amount of time on that but it clearly paid off. The house was cleaner when they left then when they started. I'm attaching a handful of photos of the finished product but I will tell you we could not be happier with the work that was done or with the interaction that we had with Cody - very responsive and pleasant to deal with there is no doubt in my mind that his very first priority is to make sure that his customers are completely satisfied with the work his company has done for them. We will absolutely call him first the next time we have another painting or drywall patch/repair job to be done. Thank you Cody for the good work and your input in making this job a success. It was a pleasure doing business with you.
