Best place for an oil change, auto repairs and honest service! I love that this is basically a…read morefamily business and not a chain. The father and son started the business because they wanted to provide better service to customers. I've sent three of my friends here because I know that they will be treated right. When I ask questions, they explain things to me. I think they treat men, women and people who don't know anything about cars, equally and fairly. I'm super-skeptical of car repair places in general. Your Dealer, MIGHT do a good job, but they will sure as heck try and rip you off. I don't want to name the dealer, but for years, items that should have been covered by my extended warranty were not. When I went to another dealership location out of town, they actually searched for my vehicle in the manufacturer's warranty system. At a later time, I asked for a full history of my service. That's when I learned that the dealership in Tucson never even tried to use my warranty because they would earn a lot more if I pay cash out of pocket than what they would receive from the company for warranty work. I used to think that Dealers will do quality work the right way even if they charge a premium for it. Now my perspective about dealership service is tainted. I trust Priority Auto And Tire Center, especially the father and son, to take care of my car, the cars for my family members and I have no hesitations to send my friends there. Trust is hard to earn and take a lot to keep. These guys stake their reputation on doing the best job every time, treating the customer right and giving accurate and fair quotes. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. They offer free WiFi, water and they have vending machines if you need a snack or beverage. I don't think it was too loud. I hope the business for these guys is going well. I'd like to see them become a long term business in Tucson! Highly Recommended!

I recently purchased a SUV from Infiniti of Tucson. My salesperson was Isaac and he was very nice…read moreand personable and accommodating, no high pressure. We were using our credit union to finance, and the GM Matthew was very helpful in explaining the process, since my credit union was not in Tucson. He allowed us to take the vehicle on a Saturday without signing or requiring any hold money, simply on the pre approval letter and comeback to sign for title transfer during the week. In and out in less than an hour. I had stopped going into dealers many years ago and purchased previous vehicles online, just because it was always a stressful experience that took longer than it should have, and they always tried to sell a bunch of extra additions. None of that here. Able to get the price we wanted that was the best we could find, through various searches online, without haggling back and forth. Appreciate them for ending our car search early.

When I road travel my beloved dogs are coming and the smaller car was difficult, the SUV is more logical. But not just any SUV. I did my homework and then made contact with Trevor at Tucson Infinity. He thoroughly explained all the bells and whistles. It's an amazing automobile. The dealership is very pleasant. Everyone I came in contact are professional yet made me feel very comfortable. After a few days they called me to pick it up after driving into the work I noticed the leak was still there looked like nothing had been fixed it was Friday and soonest I could bring it back was Monday. Over the weekend I realized they had left my radiator cap off and my car almost overheated. If I didn't have a gallon of water and my buddy following me I'm guessing my car would have been done. I took it back to have them fix the leak, they ended up fixing the leak and I asked them to consider what happened and call me. They never got back in touch and didn't even pay for the radiator cap I had to buy and the additional coolant they cost me. If they want to... seems they can do good work but seems they lack follow-up and customer service.

After 5 days they were told the car computer needed replacing. The shop owner John, kept the car for another 9 days. This was her message to me: "No news on car at all.i will call this afternoon. I am so mad that we didnt send it to chrysler .."
