Instead of leaving us with the problem or trying to work around it, he took the time to go to Home Depot and get a replacement part so the job could be completed properly. What impressed me most was his honesty and professionalism. He could have easily left us with the broken part, but he genuinely cared about doing the job right. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and puts his customers first. The TV looks great, everything is secure, and the entire experience was stress-free. I really appreciate his dedication, attention to detail, and integrity. It's hard to find people who care this much about their work these days. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing a TV mounted!

On top of that, the store was extremely loud and felt unorganized, which made the experience even more frustrating. I ended up walking out because I didn't feel valued as a customer. Basic courtesy and communication go a long way, and this experience fell short.
