Bacon Breakfast Burrito
Dustin B.

I come here whenever I'm in the area. Today I got the bacon burrito. It's just eggs, bacon and cheese with a little potato. Salsa on the side. Simple, filling and well under ten bucks! Friendly service, clean bathrooms and surprisingly not very busy.

No.55 The East Coast on French roll combo - the bread was fresh and soft. Could have used more meats. Good overall.

CJ's a local gem that's been around for years. They offer hot and cold sandwiches, salads, breakfast, teriyaki, and more. A great spot for affordable breakfast and lunch. You can dine in or take out. I've been coming for a while and appreciate the kind and quick service. The dining area is clean with a few tables. I mainly get the sandwiches here, but the chicken soup and teriyaki bowls are also delicious. The bread options for the sandwiches and veggies are always fresh and prepared well. My current favorite sandwiches are the Trilogy, Chicken Salad Sandwich, Submarine, Gary's Slice, and The Club. They also offer a variety of cheeses and ingredients to add to your sandwiches. You can make it your way. I recently got the 1/2 sandwich and soup combo and was pleased with the chicken noodle soup. Flavorful broth without being too salty, with lots of shredded chicken and spiral noodles. It came very hot with crackers on the side. Upgrading the combo with a drink and chips makes for a tasty meal. Prices are fair and worth supporting this local spot. Lunchtime is the busiest (as with many places), but I haven't waited too long to place an order and receive my food. They also offer delivery (with a minimum order) and catering. There is parking in the small lot in the front. There is also an entrance behind the little plaza, where you'll find more parking if the front lot is filled. I've dropped my rating from five to four because I've noticed my last few sandwiches have been skimpy on meat. Hopefully, they can fill the sandwiches a little more on future visits.

I ordered the egg sandwich and unfortunately it was not good. The sandwich was small, not filled fully, and definitely didn't feel worth the price. When I ordered, the lady asked if I wanted everything in it and I said yes, but then she kept repeating "Are you sure you want the sprouts?" several times. I'm not sure why she kept asking, and I kept saying yes. When I looked at the menu behind me, the sandwich was listed at $8, but I was charged $10. For such a small sandwich, that extra cost made it feel even more disappointing. Sadly, between the size, quality, and price, I will not be going back.

Veggie Sandwich

I love the Yelp community precisely for this reason. I have driven by the complex CJ Deli is located for many years but have never seen it because it's pretty inconspicuous. I wouldn't have found it if it weren't for the great reviews I stumbled upon. I was craving a really good sandwich when it was raining last week, and decided to visit CJ Deli since it's nearby. I ordered a regular veggie sandwich on squaw bread with no cucumbers, a chicken and rice soup, and bottled water. The sandwich was spectacular. It tasted like real food. Nothing that's been frozen or has been sitting out for a while. It was all very fresh and tasty. I also appreciated that there was a bit of egg in the sandwich. I haven't come across a place that makes their veggie sandwich this way. The soup also tasted like it was made fresh for the day and nothing overly salty. They have hot sauce and other condiments at a table near where you pay. The staff were so sweet and they prepared everything so quickly. Inside was very clean and organized.

First time here for breakfast! Spoiler: It's as good as it is at lunch time! :) Service: Great, as always! Ambiance: Clean and friendly, as always! Ok, on to the important part! The burrito is a decent size, not mega, but not small either - this is perfect as the ingredients are all top notch! I ordered a ham and bacon, and there was plenty of both in the burrito along with some potato and some perfectly cooked egg - not overly scrambled like many places do, there was just the tiniest bit of running yolk in it which honestly added to it! The ham and bacon were both flavorful, and it was properly seasoned with a side of salsa. Honestly, give it a try, I thought it was great, and I bet you will also! :)

Small but mighty. Large menu should satisfy everyone!

It's hard to believe a small place like this can pack such a giant punch! Our sandwiches & breakfast burrito were well-made & delicious! We ordered the Bacon & Egg Breakfast Burrito, Cold Sandwich Tuna on Rye & Specialty Sandwich Club on a French roll. So fresh, so generous & so good! The menu selection is vast with Hot & Cold sandwiches, salads, soups, teriyaki etc. You could eat here for a year & not have the same thing twice. Take your time to look over the menu as there's a lot to see. There are some tables if you'd like to stay & eat but they do a bustling Take - Out business as well. Very friendly service & pretty fast too but the meal doesn't looked rushed or slapped together. It's made with pride. The very definition of hole in the wall but that's the charm.

Local gem in an otherwise unassuming strip mall, CJ Deli offers sandwiches, quesadillas, breakfast burritos, and teriyaki bowls. Fast serving, friendly people, very popular as a lunch or to-go stop. The breakfast burritos and teriyaki bowls are cooked fresh and served hotter than the sun. It makes it taste right off the grill but beware of burning yourself. Sandwiches are also fresh and packed with ingredients. Prices are also very reasonable and no wonder it's so popular around here.

Dallas R.

I order the turkey and added cheese. They use fresh ingredients and the bread was soft. Such a delicious sandwich.

Razor thin roast beef, none in the sandwich end. Not worth anywhere near $10.75.

Joe's does a big To-Go business but there are tables too, making it easy to sit & chat with a friend or take a lunch break solo. Probably by necessity the beloved $5.55 sandwich prices have risen to $7.34. That's on the low side compared to many other places but it does raise the expectation for the sandwich. The Beef Melt, though tasty, could have used a few more slices of beef & the Garden Burger sandwich was satisfying. I can see why Joe's is so popular, especially for those who may not have the time or desire to make their own salads or sandwiches. The food looks & tastes homemade and you really feel like it came out of a home kitchen. There's a large selection of bread's & the menu board is easy to understand & filled with favorites. No self-serve beverage station but there's a massive choice of soda's along with a big variety of chips. If you want water they have bottled water too. The staff are naturally friendly & the owner (who usually prepares your order) is a fun person to engage with.....however I can see under certain circumstances it taking a downward turn as some of the reviews have eluded to. When in doubt just smile & wave.

Definitely a place to go for good quality Italian ingredients to cook at home. As for the Pizza place, we got 2 types of sandwiches and lasagna. The Italian sandwich was just okey, the bread was not quite a right type for it. Just chewy outside and abit blanch of the filling. The meatballs sandwich is quite delightful, good amount of sauce and big meatball and go nicely with the sandwich. The lasagna was good but abit under seasoning, abit watering and it could used more meats. Overall it was okey place for a quick bites and easy to take away. Parking can be hectic and abit out of control since folks don't know what to do since people coming in and block cars that need to go out...another word. It's a small parking lot for In&Out. It was easy when I got there at 10:30am and the parking lot was pretty much empty (since market open early then their pizza side). When leave I have to wait for 5mins in order to get the car out since there are cars waiting right infront of my car and there are car infront and behind. There is a parking lot right across and street parking too, and I think it would be much easier then park in their lot during their busy times.

I'd rate the food at about 2.5 stars. That said, the owner was very friendly and the service was genuinely good, which adds an extra half-star. Overall, this feels like typical office-area deli food.
