You can get your lips tinted, eyebrows put on (or waxed off), tooth gems, and brow laminations, but I think there is more to come! This is a woman owned & operated business, and it is gorgeous on the inside- so crisp & clean. I love being in here. There's a parking garage close by, and the entrance to Atelier is in the backside of the building (a little tricky). I love it here, and that's all I'll say about that.

I took…read moreher here so she could look at tattoos I knew she wouldn't get, and jewelry I knew she would. Everyone was super friendly, very welcoming despite her asking about getting a sleeve as a walk in, and in the end we ended up with way more jeweler than I expected her to buy. She got some jewelry changed out, and I came away with a new piercing. Overall, we definitely had fun and got some really cute jewelry

If you're looking to get pierced, definitely make an appointment with Nycole! The whole experience…read morewith her was outstanding, from consultation about the best piercing for my anatomy, jewelry selection, and then the piercings themselves. She recommended a double nostril when I was torn between a nostril and a septum...I didn't even know it was an option and it was the perfect solution for me--I'm so happy with it! We did three piercings at once, and all went so smoothly...truly did not feel them at all. She put me at ease during, and her aftercare instructions were great and they all healed beautifully. Can't recommend her enough (and have more planned soon so will also be scheduling with her!!). Thanks so much, Nycole!

I had one of THE most appallingly bad hair experiences here today. I asked for partial highlights…read moreand grey coverage on my temples. I got a $275 quote that almost made me pass out. But I let the stylist proceed. I wish I'd left then and there. I now have a clear line of demarcation about a quarter of an inch from my part line, and she put far too much dye along my temples and the side of my face. It colored my light facial hair so I now look like I have sideburns. I'm still laughing because at 62, we've all survived a hair disaster or two. I know she could tell I wasn't happy. After 3 1/2 hours, I had to go and she hadn't even started to blow dry/style my hair. I didn't attend the event I was supposed to go to afterwards (those sideburns aren't going anywhere anytime soon) and they knocked about $40 off. Still means I got a subpar partial highlight for about $235 bucks...in Richmond, VA...which is crazy. I'll be looking for a new place next time around and trying to keep my head down and my hair untucked and over my ears until these brown stains along the side of my face fade. Ridiculous. Update: The owner did call me, following this review. Though apologetic and mentioning repeatedly this would be used as a "learning experience", I received no offer of either any kind of refund or an amount off for future services or an offer to have anything corrected. I spoke to a work colleague, a Richmond local, and have another salon picked out for next time.

Hands down the best service you'll EVER get for permanent makeup! Hannah was my artist & absolutely…read moreknocked it out of the park with what I wanted ! I have been so self conscious about my eyebrows for over 15 years & she was able to achieve such a seamless transition into the perfect natural looking results. The fact that I don't have to wake up & spend half my morning fighting to draw on my brows makes me want to cry tears of pure happiness. I did a lot of research prior to making my decision to have permanent makeup. I looked at each artists' portfolio (IG) & while they all did stunning work, Hannah was my girl! We chatted on IG for a while and she was so helpful & patient with me as I asked questions & shared concerns. After we spoke I booked my appointment for my consultation. The next few days I kept seeing her brilliant work & knew that she was the perfect person, so I asked her if we could do my consultation & appointment the same day! She made it work no problem! On the day of my appointment I arrived 15 mins early & we got started with paperwork. Once that was done we discussed my vision of how I wanted my brows (color, size, type of style I wanted). Hannah was kind enough to mock up two different styles so I could pick after seeing it & it made a world of difference. My biggest stress was choosing if I wanted more hairlike brows or more shaded in type with visible hair strokes. Hannah mapped out my brows based off measurements and bone structure (which I love) using a temporary pencil - & once I selected which one I liked we got to work on numbing. The rest was history! Super great conversation, and absolutely amazing artist! I can't wait to come back for my touch up in 4 weeks. Love love love this place! Go book today!!!!!
