ZippGo rents you a certain amount of boxes based on how many rooms/square feet you are moving, and they deliver the boxes to your address, you use them for a move, and they pick them up at the new address. It was easy to schedule and make sure the drop off and pickup worked at an appropriate time. The boxes themselves are sturdy plastic, and the top interlocks so you don't need any packing tape. The boxes fit on top of each other which makes them easy to stack and move. You can also pick box inserts that are designed for plates and glassware which made it so easy to move these items. I would recommend ZippGo in a heartbeat- it made our move faster, easier, and more eco friendly too!

The difference in packing efficiency was so noticeable compared to my last few moves using their system, that I reached out to ZippGo this morning with a last-minute request to switch over. Even though their driver was already on the road, Sarah was incredibly responsive and quickly worked out solutions to get me what I needed in record time. Sarah and her driver, Javier's, dedication to customer service was truly impressive. That said, I'd recommend planning ahead rather than making last-minute requests like I did! Note that their drivers don't work on Sundays and Mondays, so be sure to schedule your box deliveries in advance. ZippGo's reusable box system is a genuine time-saver that makes moving so much easier and more streamlined. 10/10 would recommend to anyone moving!

Having work on Monday, I found Werqwise which was walking distance from where I was - not immediate, but not far either. I was able to book online morning of. Finding the signage outside on the street was a little difficult, but I was familiar with the area I was in. After locating, walked inside, went up the elevator and got off on the Werqwise floor... walked to the front desk and spoke to the receptionist who checked me in and gave me a brief intro on the space and where I could work. I chose to work on one of the sofas by the front, near a big window. I kind of wish I had gotten up to preview the space earlier, but did so on my way out end of day. I used the little phone booth looking private meeting rooms when I had to take calls. They have a small desk, lamp, and outlets for you to use while inside. The signage on the doors lets you know whether one is occupied or vacant. I enjoyed working there a lot. It was an excellent change of scenery and environment for me. There are other tables and sofa areas in the shared open workspace. The kitchen is off to the back where they have regular or sparkling water on tap along with I think I saw two types of beer were on tap. Coffee machine is up front (I think there was another in the kitchen?). If you're a regular there, you can leave your mug in the kitchen I think... but they had a bunch of mugs available for use. There's a fridge too. It was actually quite nice and wish I had seen this section of the floor earlier. It did provide a cool mix of working remote in a shared space, but also that office feel with the kitchen and the other side of the floor with the private workspaces you can pay more to rent out. Printers, copiers, etc. were also seen on that side of the floor. The restroom is outside of the office space, but on the same floor. You'll need to exit the main doors, walk past the elevators through another set of doors, and down the hall you'll see the restrooms. They had plenty of TP and tampons in the women's restroom which was nice because if you're traveling and you get your period or just realize you don't have one on hand, they had some supplied. I would highly recommend Werqwise for anyone traveling who needs a place to work remotely or even just for a company to offer their remote employees an option to work from.

It was rather efficient, getting in, getting a badge and picking out a place to work on the 3rd floor where our space is. Apparently, the cubes are fully modular and move around within the building. It's also somewhat of a labyrinth. I made the mistake of entering a few occupied spaces at first, the privacy band on the middle of the glass prevented me from seeing the occupier, a little bit embarrassing but ok, no harm done. The kitchen is shared and had free coffee, tea and a large fridge to store your lunch, which for us was catered, but also had had several dairy/nondairy options of milk. Some of the cubes had sofas, and open spaces had lounging areas for non private discussions. On the 4th floor lobby there were also these unusual looking TeePees, which closed, conceptually strange but maybe this is where the big ideas are hatched---definitely some new age think going on here. There were also high chairs and desks packed into a tight telephone like cubby for single person use. The doors all had glass, and were well designed / sound proof no matter the configuration. The door handles to most of the cubes were sliders. The material of the cube structure all seemed to be of some high grade aluminum and solid construction. I was impressed. Of course Wifi was available. The bathrooms also were decent with anti microbial tape on door handles, flushing handles. I enjoyed the Werqspace and hope to be back one day.

Ingrid has an artistic eye that clicked perfectly with our design wishes. She listened to our ideas and compiled 3D drawings to help us visualise what our bathroom would look like. Once we decided on a few key features and a design template, our project design came together very quickly. We chose tiles, a custom built vanity and marble top, flooring and bathroom hardware with Ingrid's input over a few weeks and then building work started with a general contractor, Adam Arrington Construction, suggested by Ingrid. We had Ingrid as an invaluable link whilst the works were carried out. All in all, the project was thorough and executed with great skill and a keen eye for detail. Our new bathroom has all of the hallmarks of what can be built by skilled craftspeople when great design is guiding a project. We are so grateful to have found Ingrid and to have her and Adam's expert work adorn our home.

We needed to overhaul or family room and had no idea where to start or how to tackle some oddities in our old home. Ingrid provided ideas and expertise on both he decor but also some structural needs like removing an old window seat, and making sure all the door casings and trim matched and fit faithfully in our Victorian. She did an amazing job of marrying my style with my husband's and created a gorgeous room for us. We took a few calculated risks on paint colors and furniture we wouldn't have ordinarily chosen, and they turned out fabulous. Exactly why we chose a designer!

Avoid at All Costs -- Dangerous, Mismanaged, and Unethical…read more I lived at this student housing location from 2023 to 2024 (approximately 1.5 years), and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. The property management was completely negligent. The on-site manager was often rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory in behavior. She appeared more focused on her personal image--frequently flaunting luxury items--than on tenant safety or building maintenance. Serious issues plagued this building: * Multiple deaths occurred on-site, including one individual whose body wasn't discovered for two weeks, leaving tenants to endure the smell for months. * Security is nonexistent. There were armed robberies, break-ins by unhoused individuals during storms, and even reports of gang-related activity that management appeared to overlook or tolerate. * Rooms were illegally sublet via Airbnb by relatives of the manager, while some stayed rent-free--clearly a conflict of interest and a violation of basic housing standards. * Drugs were sold openly, and the safety of residents was never a priority. * To make matters worse, the cleaning staff were underpaid and treated poorly despite working under very difficult conditions. This was not just a bad experience--it was an ongoing trauma. If you value your safety, mental health, and basic human dignity, I urge you to consider other housing options.

It's been a pleasure working with the whole team. One thing that really stood out is how Dan and Josh both check in on progress and time line. Their workers are also very clean. At the end of a work day, they cleaned and organized so well it was like they weren't even there... Ruben their lead was also great with making sure things were communicated on fix ups. Any concern I had was quickly addressed. there were some hiccups here and there, but they handled it very well and professionally. I also enjoyed working with their designer. She understood my concept and created bathroom designs that I couldn't put together myself. It's been more than 4 months since completion, and I still look at my bathrooms and get excited. Also, they kept with the budget I had in mind. They were very considerate on how much I wanted to spend and gave me recommendations on how to cut costs. Would like to strongly consider them again to pick their designer brains for a bigger project in future.

The project involved layout changes and installing high-end finish materials, which required a high level of craftsmanship. We faced quite a few challenges during the project, but Josh and Dan solved them with ease. We did not need to lift a finger everything was taken care of from start to finish. The team managed permitting, design, and even material pickup. They also worked surprisingly clean, the floors were covered throughout the house, and all the materials were carefully organized in one of the rooms. This ensured minimal disruption during construction and to a point, made us comfortable with having the kids running around the house. Dan and Josh brought an enthusiastic and creative energy. They kept us and the team and on the same page the entire time, which led to a smooth process. Both of them are passionate about their work and we could tell that they put much effort into delivering a great finish result. We appreciate the work and effort that the entire team put in to give us a home that we can be proud of. And we are! We love their work and our new home.
