I was told they could bring me some more tomatoes, etc. However, the dish should have contained sufficient ingredients to warrant its description which it didn't. Pasta is one of the cheapest mainstays in the restaurant business, but The Open Door's pasta dish took this to a whole new low. I'm not new to beer, so I wasn't sure how much I'd learn; however, my interest was piqued when our tour guide started talking about how sustainable Deschutes' practices are. They even treat their own water! We had some tastes along the way. My only critique is that our tour felt long (~ 2 hours) and there weren't many spots to sit, so be prepared to be on your feet the entire time.
