Ok so only reason they get 3 stars is because they were respectful and the pricing was good, we hired 3 guys for 3 hours for a 3 bdrm 2 bath home, nothing crazy and they went over by 15 mins. However, some of my furniture was damaged. My dining room table, which isn't cheap and our entertainment center, shelf and painting. On top of that, I didn't notice until they were gone that they had emptied one of the boxes in my closet and everything was thrown. It's a shame because these guys worked really hard, but for somethings they seemed they were careless with. read more

These guys are lifesavers! Due to unexpected events, I wasn't able to take the time to move myself nor did I want to. I caved and finally decided to call a moving company. After looking at several businesses, I decided on these guys based on reviews and price. I'm so glad I did. I called and they were able to come the next day! Max, Sean, Alan and Zak were great and a huge help! They treated my stuff like their own and made sure everything was properly secured and taken care of. On top of that, they were so efficient and made sure to not waste any time. I ended up spending way less than I thought because of that. The money I spent would've been about the same as buying my own moving supplies and renting a truck. Plus much less of a headache. Overall, I highly recommend these guys. Moving on New Year's Eve is never a fun experience but they made it much less stressful and I can't thank them enough. I wouldn't suggest anyone else. read more

I had a local move done within Chula Vista. I originally had read all the reviews and thought I had made a safe option. However, I had packed up my house and specifically asked for my kitchenware to be packed up. I was informed that this was fine. The day of the move, the rest of the apartment was done and they said they were ready to be getting going and I asked what about the kitchen and they kinda laughed and said they forgot about it. Then they started packing it. The movers I had were a team of 3 and I figured that's why they were done so quickly. Not the case. So unbeknownst to me, the "packing" done was literally just throwing shit into boxes and taping it up. Including glass salt and pepper shakers. 3 boxes were boxes of random kitchenware not packed and not organized whatsoever. I discovered this a couple days after the move on Sunday 10JAN2021. I also found a broken glass bowl that was a wedding item, and damage to my tv stand. The company charges by the hour and its based off a 2 or 3 man team. Ok, that's reasonable. What is not reasonable is that the movers took numerous 5+ minute smoke breaks and that was NOT deducted from my chargeable time. I am the customer not the employer. In addition, my coworker/friend who was there to assist with the move and my dog etc informed me that the movers had on multiple times asked or made comments about our sexuality. And asked which one of us was "the husband". While we are not lesbian, that is not a professional or appropriate topic or question in order to complete the job of packing and moving. It's irrelevant. I emailed the claims rep who had reached out after I called and they said the movers didn't say anything like that, and that the best they could do is $74 refund. That's less than what I tipped and had I known what a shitty job of "packing" that was done for my kitchenware (BESIDES the items in my sink and dishwasher that I moved myself) I would not have tipped. Yes my items made it from Point A to Point B but at the cost of a sentimental item, a damaged piece of furniture, and kitchen ware thrown into boxes like a toddler would do. Personally I would not use this company again nor would I recommend it. read more

Their so called claims department and representative Paul gave me the run around for close to a month, and ultimately just wasted my time to in the end deny my claim. This company will not take you seriously will even go out of their way to make a bullet list to call you a liar and say you were the one responsible for the service you were paying for, not the hired employees that do this for a profession. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for moving services. I wouldn't want a repeat of another situation like this to occur to anyone. read more

The two guys we used were quick, too quick. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was that their sense of urgency scraped and almost broke the handle off our recliner. I saw the whole thing as they were taking it down the stair case. Also, upon loading my dining table, the just dragged it in the moving truck floor with out protection. After seeing what they did, I brought it their attention and were more careful. Have someone keep an eye when stuff is being loaded so you can tell them to cover and protect your belongings in the truck. I suggest you have all your stuff boxed up, items disassembled(bed etc...) and make walking room for their wheel hand truck cause time is money$$. Unless you don't mind paying more $$. I used the Yelp coupon deal $50 for $20 deal. You also get a discount for paying with cash. They will ask for a credit card deposit of $50 upon scheduling and will be applied towards your total cost. I asked previous Yelpsters who used their service for feed back about the company, thanks. Over all, good service. I would use them again or refer them. Cheers! read more

With quite a few heavy items and time not being on our side we searched high and low for the best moving service in town. We called at 6 in the evening and were able to book three movers for 8 am the next morning - whew, talk about a relief! Three very friendly and professional movers arrived on time...Max, Dav, and Zak to be exact :) They handled our furniture with great care and took their time with the process, as opposed to rushing through it and banging up the walls and damaging the furniture.
