I am a college student, so I am relatively inexperienced of what to do in situations like mine, where I couldn't start my car. I was frustrated and a little panicked but the person on the phone managed to calm me down within seconds, assuring me that it will take no longer than 15 minutes to get to mine location (it took them even less). I was driving home with my son and there was a huge pothole I didn't see. My tire ended up being flat and I had quite a distance to go and didn't want to drive on the rim. I never thought I would write review for a towing service. Ofcourse for something so essential, I had to take the time. I guess you never truly appreciate a towing service until you need one. I was stuck on the side of the road after holiday shopping the past weekend. I was so busy from the holiday stress that I had neglected my car and by then it was too late. I used CHT for towing my car recently when it stalled out. Both times the CHT guy was fast and reliable. He did a brief test and told me that the car needed a fuel pump. Great. So I took it to a repair shop that kept the car 2 days but could not figure out what happened. When the car stalled out a few days later with the same problem, I had the car towed to a different shop. CHT guy was right on time and then went on his way. Sure enough, it was the fuel pump and the pipe leading to the pump was all corroded. But without CHT I would not have known anything. read more

Having to get your car towed is a bummer, thankfully the crew at CIty Hawk Towing do fantastic job at turning a bad situation into a better one. They are very hands on, providing the customer all the necessary information so that you can easily move into the next step.
