When I returned, they took an X-ray to address their mistake and then charged me $200 for it. The tooth still bothers me to this day. More recently, I was told they accepted my new insurance, had work done, and was later charged $500 because they "never accepted" it--despite admitting they knew that beforehand. They told me I was out of luck and that they don't work with my insurance because situations like this happen. On top of that, my dentist was switched to her sister without my knowledge, and after a routine filling I was in pain for weeks. Overall, this office is dishonest and I would not trust them

He arrived for his appointment on Dec 12, 2024 to be told it was cancelled on Nov 1, 2024 because Brite Smiles had decided to no longer be enrolled in the plan. We receive no call, no email, no card from them about this cancellation. To further comlicate their incompetence an appointment was made for me just a week and a half prior. Apparently, the reasoning behind this decision was cost-savings. Well, Brite Smiles just lost two customers, plus those enrolled in dentalplans.com. Beware!

She has excellent bedside manner and explained every procedure in detail before and during so I knew what was going on. She took beautiful dental radiographs in a very short period of time, I was impressed with her technique! Dr. Picard was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He started my exam by talking to me about myself and non-dental related topics which really made me feel at ease and definitely got rid of those pre-visit butterflies in my stomach! His exam was detailed and he took the time to ask me several times if I had any questions or needed further explanations on anything. Both Samantha and Dr. Picard went above and beyond! (dun dun) TREATMENT DAY!…read moreThey actually called me the afternoon before my scheduled visit, they had a cancellation and wanted to know if I would like to come in sooner! *gulp!* initially I declined, but quickly decided to call them back and accept the earlier appointment. I arrived, shaking, nervous as heck! The receptionists and other staff members could tell I was afraid, and greeted me with warm smiles and tried to reassure me! My original dental assistant was there, Rebecca. She did a very good job of trying to calm my nerves, and it was reassuring that she was going to be there. I was having a root canal and I had never had anything like that done before, of course you ask people about them and you always ask the people that have had, unfortunately horrific experiences! My anxiousness was complete anticipation of the unknown! Dr Imanian and Rebecca worked very well together, they made sure I was ok throughout the whole procedure. I didn't feel a thing except TMJ pain from trying to keep my mouth open, next time I will take some nsaids before hand! Dr Galanis popped in a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. He also made sure I was ok after the procedure. The whole entire team was wonderful! I really can't say enough about them! I'm really glad I chose BVD to be my dental office!

She was playing good music, had a great attitude and showed pride in her work. My teeth feel great and very appreciative of her service. Also, check in and check out was speedy and informative. I knew my out of pocket expenses and had my next reservation booked, all services in under an hour.
