This is the family barber shop of our city. They're always so friendly and welcoming. My son sees Eric, the owner, and he always takes care of us. He makes my son who is 4 feel so comfortable. Very awful service. Came to shop at 5:20pm with 2 little boys. No one was waiting and I asked the barber lady if they're still open. She said yes while cutting customer's hair. Another male barber was in the middle of cutting hair. At 5:50pm, my child attempted to play their ipad. I stopped my child from doing so, but my child started getting loud. I noticed the lady staff started getting irritated. Then she came and told me to make an appointment tomorrow although we waited over 30 minutes. Very horrible and super slow service. Not friendly with kids at all. Thank you lady for making my day. I could've gone to other shop if you told me earlier. read more

My boyfriend came in today around 4 to get a haircut, guy said come back around 5 and he can get him in, my boyfriend comes back at 5 (they close at 6) and the young dude locked the doors and was smiling at him from the inside, my boyfriend thought he was playing so he was still trying the doors and the guy started getting crazy and told him fuck off and flipped him off. This by far the best barber shop I have ever been to. I have been too many barber shops and no one else knows how to cut hair like these guys. I would especially recommend Eric and Luke. Unlike other barber shops they actually listen to what you say and give you what you want. They are so friendly so if you feel like they need to cut little more then you can ask them with feeling no pressure. I just got home from getting a cut at Citrus Barbers. I looked in the mirror and thought, 'this can't be right; my hair must have fallen weirdly.' So I soaked it, combed it, and waited for it to dry. Even worse. It was like the lady in there who cut my hair used a weed wacker. A cheap one. This is absolutely the worst, most embarrassing haircut I've ever had. I should've know. I told her I wanted it to stay longish, and just trim it a bit. She went at and hair was flying everywhere. I've got alot of hair and it grows fast, so I thought, 'ok, if it's a bit short, it'll grow back quickly.' She was finished in less than ten minutes. That also should have tipped me off that I was literally undergoing a hack job. What she did is horrifying. I'm going to have to go somewhere and get a really short haircut just to undo the damage. I have been coming here to get my haircut for years before it was citrus barbershop They were across the street next to that cookie bakery .Eric has filled his bank account along with his mom and now they treat long time customers horribly ,since when did they start taking appointment only .I remember not too long ago when the pandemic was at its highest he approached me on the street and said I can cut your hair anytime hurting for business back then now he could care less . read more

First off I'm been coming here for a year or more and about every two weeks. But today I was really disappointed when I attempted to get my hair cut again. No one was there at 9 or 920 came back at 1030 had one person in front of me, then two others walked in after me. They Spoke in Spanish to each other so I wouldn't understand ... but pretty much said I'll take you both next even though I've been there waiting, never told me anything. "This is a first come first serve place not an appointment place" so I was like thats fine take the one guy before me. But then you take the other guy too. I took my son and my friends son In for haircuts the day before school. Brendon did a great job trimming my sons hair but the older Hispanic lady totally screwed up my friends sons haircut. I gave her instructions on how his mom wanted but she'd supposedly cut his hair before. When she was done I could immediately tell she screwed it up per the moms instructions. I sent a texted to his mother with pictures and she was upset as well. The part was in the middle of his forehead with just a little patch of hair. I tried not to make a scene as I told her I wasn't happy. She said she would fix it but his mom and I both felt like it was unfixable and didn't want her to take more hair off his head since there wasn't much left. She was so rude and told me to get out and that she never wanted to see my face in there again. Although Brendon did a good job on my sons hair this lady ultimately made my experience there unbearable and unforgettable. No worries!! I won't ever be back!!! read more

The barbers there were exclusive (MY customer beats you being here way before them). I would really like a consistency of service.
