Their website is terrible and will not let you make payments directly through them unless they are your primary bank. If not, you have to route it through your primary bank. I gave up after several attempts to make an online payment trying to route through my primary bank. No dice. The real reason behind this is they want you to use them for your primary banking, not just for a 40K auto loan. Lesson learned. I went to close my checking account today and was informed my account has been closed due to inactivity. To top that off, they also charged me two times a $5 inactivity charge, essentially stealing my $10 that was in the account. They did this and closed the account without notifying me. They also keep sending me spam mail about life insurance, even though they closed my account and I'm no longer a member. I will never use them again for any sort of banking, including auto financing. I buy a new car every few years, and I'll gladly pay higher interest elsewhere where you can actually make a payment online without them being your primary bank. They are the worst bank I have ever dealt with. TL;DR If you are thinking of using these crooks for auto financing, be prepared to use them as your primary bank, or do not open other accounts unless you plan to continually dump money into them. If they sense they are not your primary banking institution, they will charge you inactivity fees and essentially steal your money out of the account without your knowledge. Lesson learned, never again.

I am so glad that I have discovered St Mary's Bank in Milford. We first started going to them about…read more10 years ago when we were buying a car. They have a great program with Enterprise rentals where you can get good, well maintained cars for a very reasonable price... and at an interest rate that cannot be beat! We have bought 2 Toyota Camry's and one Dodge Ram Truck through them. It makes for easy shopping and sale. We then got a very low rate Home Equity loan. And finally remortgaged our home through them for very low cost about 5 years ago. We do all our payments on auto draft, with no fees, and a discounted rate by creating a checking or savings account that the money can be drafted from, at St Mary's. Every time I have looked at alternatives for loans, I go back to St Mary's. Their website was pretty clunky at first, but about 4 years ago they updated it and it runs much more smoothly. I can make easy transfers from and to other accounts I have at other banks as well with no fees. I can even get into my mortgage account to see all the details and to change my payments . Angie, in the office, has been great to work with. And all the front desk people are friendly. Plus, they are a Credit Union...so they are designed to serve the customer, not just make a profit.

Ive used a teller to handle either deposits that I did not want to put through an ATM or some other transaction like a bank check. The tellers have always been outgoing, friendly and efficient. Its worth noting that the customer service by this branch's staff is exceptional. On one notable occasion I had to get a sizable bank check and the teller was fairly new and still training. Unbeknownst to me they had given me the check without a signature on it. I left the bank and had already driven away when the bank manager called my cell to ask me to return and get the check signed. They were very apologetic and handled the situation professionally. The way in which they handled it actually left me with a positive impression that overshadowed the inconvenience of the original mistake. This location is on main street in downtown Nashua. Parking is either metered street parking or the city garage. ATM is the "enhanced" kind that does not require envelopes for deposits. If youre in the area looking at banking options, I recommend NBT. They are a little bigger than a local but smaller than the mega giants.

The very large plus size young lady with the a purple color shade of hair not found in the natural world, snidely growned at me as I waited 5 feet from the the counter that "They would be with Me". I stood there for a minute and I did not say anything. The older and much more attractive petite teller at the drive through window looked over her sholder and said "I will be right with you". The other 4 continued to behave as though, I did not exsist and chated among themselves, as though a customer was not present. She came over to me and took my information and asked me what I required very politely. She concluded my transaction in a quick and efficient manor. While I was waiting for her to return with my slip for the transaction, I wrote on a piece of paper, "My Motto: Good Help is Hard to Find". I said thank you and handed her the piece of paper. She read it to herself and bust out laughing! I hope I made her day. She made an otherwise unfortunate transaction, very pleasant. I give her 5 ***** Stars. The branch I give One * Star. TD Bank seems to be a very woke group with their young employees that don't seem to have much of an understanding of why they are in a bank. Maybe I should take my business elsewhere. I do transactions in the six figures with them and feel that someone else out there might value my buisness more. Your mileage may vary... P.S.; I now understand why they they are closing this branch, along with 4 others in the Granate State.
