I visited this location today for the first time around 4PM. I live a bit North of this location. There were 4 tellers that were all young chatted among themselves at the counter as though I did not exsist. The very large plus size young lady with the a purple color shade of hair not found in the natural world, snidely growned at me as I waited 5 feet from the the counter that "They would be with Me". I stood there for a minute and I did not say anything. The older and much more attractive petite teller at the drive through window looked over her sholder and said "I will be right with you". The other 4 continued to behave as though, I did not exsist and chated among themselves, as though a customer was not present. She came over to me and took my information and asked me what I required very politely. She concluded my transaction in a quick and efficient manor. While I was waiting for her to return with my slip for the transaction, I wrote on a piece of paper, "My Motto: Good Help is Hard to Find". I said thank you and handed her the piece of paper. She read it to herself and bust out laughing! I hope I made her day. She made an otherwise unfortunate transaction, very pleasant. I give her 5 ***** Stars. The branch I give One * Star. TD Bank seems to be a very woke group with their young employees that don't seem to have much of an understanding of why they are in a bank. Maybe I should take my business elsewhere. I do transactions in the six figures with them and feel that someone else out there might value my buisness more. Your mileage may vary...
P.S.; I now understand why they they are closing this branch, along with 4 others in the Granate State. read more
