They blocked my login so I cannot even check on the rest of my current loan which I owe $4500 out of $14.000. I explained that I was going to write reviews and help to educate people that there is a much better Credit Union on Borthwick Ave in Portsmouth and they were so indignant that an unimportant but busy man would have the audacity to complain in the manner that I did. I would have been ok with an American employed in the states protecting my assets. I am not so happy with job outsourced to a lower paying country by a "Trusted Bank." The branch employees are great.
