I have for the past four and a half years met every bill including car payments, insurance, rent etc, and have not missed a single payment anywhere. When I received the call that I was declined I was a little shocked and they gave me their lame excuses and I was not a gentleman when I got the news. They blocked my login so I cannot even check on the rest of my current loan which I owe $4500 out of $14.000. I explained that I was going to write reviews and help to educate people that there is a much better Credit Union on Borthwick Ave in Portsmouth and they were so indignant that an unimportant but busy man would have the audacity to complain in the manner that I did. This review is only meant to help poor people to avoid the embarrassment and humiliation that I encountered this morning.
