I purchased a box of brownie mix and there were maggots in them. The water I didn't know water expired apparently they don't care tasted awful. The staff are very rude, and worst of all they don't bag your groceries you have to them over to a counter and bag them and almost all the time I went there they didn't have enough bags. Also be careful when walking around outside if you want someone to come hit on you or you want something stolen park outside.

We walked around and looked for someone to unlock but couldn't find anyone. There is no way to contact anyone to open a door. After approx 20 min I went to the front and addressed 3 people that were standing together talking and ask if they could call someone to open the dressing room because i had been waiting and looking. I was told I could go to customer service and ask them to call. The line was long. It really pissed me off. When we got back someone was in one of the dressing room but the others were still locked and vacant. There was no one to help! No way to try on clothes unless you wait and beg. I felt like I was trully at a self serve store, down to the checkout. Service sucks or more than that there is no service at this location.

I waited for about 5 minutes to see an associate that could help me. Nobody came by, so I walked around the clothing department looking for an associate. I finally stopped an associate that was sweeping the floor and asked him if he knew if anyone was working in the clothing department. He directed me to customer service, so they can page someone. I went to customer service and they said they would page someone over. I went back to the area where the men's underwear is and waited another 5 minutes, but still nobody came. As I was walking around I kept seeing associates standing around and some of them talking to other associates, but none of them were working. I finally decided to go elsewhere and when I walked back to customer service to let the associate know that nobody ever showed up he was standing at the cash register on his phone and only said "I'm sorry." They really need to do better. If they insist on locking up items they need to make sure an associate is monitoring the area at all times, so customers don't go through what I just went through. I will not be coming back. Walmart customer service is not what it used to be, so they will not be getting my business any longer.
