She's amazing -always friendly, funny and genuinely helpful. I've stopped in when other employees were working, especially within the last 5-6 months or so the experience just isn't the same. Because of that, I usually won't stop by unless I know she's there or I spot her car in the parking lot.

The men's restroom is always dirty according to my husband who takes our sons in. The floors are disgusting not to mention I bought a pop tart from there that was EXPIRED and that wasn't the fist time. The only reason I go to this station is because it's only 2 minutes away from my house and to see one employee in particular. She is just as cute as ever, wears a sparkly headband, and always greets me with the warmest smile. She is the only one who makes stopping there worthwhile. The other women there are loud, always gossiping, and have the nastiest attitudes. So if you want to be treated like crap, and served 5 month old food, Sam's Mart 513 is the place for you

My friend wanted to go to this store because she heard it was a Black owned establishment. It is in…read moremy neighborhood but I never visited before this day. It was formerly a CVS. The store was virtually empty. There were a few people walking around in there but not many. My first impression is that it smelled like extremely old frying grease. I confirmed that they also sell Dickies barbecue in the back of the store. I moved along up and down the aisles. The aisle thatched my attention the most was the seasonings. They had some items that you cannot find anywhere else. I was happy to find them. I also found some Sunset Farms sausage that I really like to cook. It seems like the store is more of a corner store with a lot more items. Hopefully they will continue to grow. Please do something about the grease smell in there.

Very clean inside, looks like they're still receiving/stocking inventory. Looks like there will be a good assortment of produce and they will also have a selection of health/beauty up front by the registers. Cashier was very pleasant and efficient, she greeted me when I walked in and chatted while she rang me up. They accept all forms of payment including Apple Pay and I was told they will also be accepting EBT shortly. The rating of 3 is only because they're not fully stocked and still a work in process. I'm sure it will be 5 star by opening. Glad to see another minority owned business in the neighborhood and hope they are successful. I'll be back to support.
