I'm very disappointed with the level of customer service at this CVS location. The person who…read morepresents herself as the manager is consistently unprofessional and visibly irritated whenever customers need assistance to checkout. Some transactions cannot be completed at self-checkout, yet she becomes frustrated when asked to come to the register, even though that is a major part of the service customers depend on. Each time I visit, she is in the aisles unpacking large boxes stuff everywhere at times can't even get down the aisle while also trying to manage the front, and it clearly shows that the store is understaffed. Instead of feeling welcomed, customers are made to feel like an inconvenience. On multiple occasions she has been on her phone, including FaceTime, in which you can hear the conversations and see it while customers are waiting, which gives a very poor impression then she's upset when to be checked out. This store is rated a two, and unfortunately that reflects the experience customers are receiving. I should not have to travel outside of my home area just to receive basic customer service. I was actually considering moving my prescriptions here, but because the customer service at Walmart is much better, I've decided to keep my business there instead. I truly hope someone from corporate reads this and takes these concerns seriously. This location needs proper staffing, a dedicated cashier, and leadership that treats customers with professionalism and respect.

This place sucks! Broken pumps, post-it notes telling you to pay inside - so you will buy…read moresomething! Don't be fooled by the cheap price. You'll pay for it with wasted time going inside to wait on line to pay bc they want you to buy something. You have to walk, in the rain, in the dark, circle pumps looking for ones w/o a bag on the hose. No longer a Shell station, but they are running a shell game! Totally inconvenient "convenience" store! This place used to be packed bc of the "great" prices. Now the only wait time is on the line you have to get on to pay inside.

This is a truck stop QT and the employees are really pleasant and quick with check out. The store…read moreis clean and stocked well. Many snacks and items, to choose from. I had forgot my lunch at home, so I stopped by here to pick up a sandwich and chips. The cranberry drinks are 2 for $4, so I bought 2. This QT is on my way to work, so I decided to stop here. The folks working here were very helpful and friendly. I had the chorizo mac n cheese, regular grilled cheese. Hubby had the bbq brisket mac n cheese, and brisket taco. All were exceptional for gas station food. Highly recommended. Way better than The Golden Arches and much much cheaper.

Okay, so, why am I writing about a Citgo gas station?!? This Citgo is not the closest gas station…read moreto my home or office. They are a little bit out of the way but, the staff seem to really appreciate my business. While there is a very convenient gas station closer to me, the staff there seem to quickly process my transaction almost without looking up to greet me...I have been going to this Citgo for the small, convenient store items when necessary.
