Once again, shame of me for going back to the same CVS. I came at 6:58 they close at 7. She entered my name and a message saying it's not filled popped up. On the ap it says it's ready. I asked her how does that work? The pharmacist said come back at 9am. We are closed. I said, I just asked a question. She say we are closed if you need it go to another CVS open later. I am fine if not ready, but I wondered why the ap says it's ready. I drove across town quickly, I didn't want to make this mistake again. This place has gone down since they have revolving pharmacists. I'm sure no one wants this under staffed pharmacy to be in charge full time. I truly think it's the CVS business model. They cut hours and over work the people. I'm she, the pharmacist gets grilled for any OT hours. I only had a question about the ap and why. If you advertise your pharmacy is open til 7 pm, you don't close at 6:57 as a customer is walking in and say come back tomorrow.

For some reason, my health wasn't that great in 2012, and I have become a regular at this CVS location. I'm at the point where I know all the employees in the normal store and most of those in the pharmacy, and I at least look familiar to them. The more I talk about this, the more depressing this seems. So moving on. I've found that this CVS has a pretty good selection of items. Also, the pharmacy staff is really helpful in finding the medicine I'm looking for... and offering up cheaper generic version for consideration as well. There's enough parking right around this location, but the main reason I come here is because it's near my Publix, and I'm one of those people that will always come to this specific Publix even if I'm on the other side of town. Being in Ansley, I can hit the grocery store, a tennis shop, my dry cleaners, and CVS all in one shot. Now for some things I'm not a fan. Some of the aisles are a little tight, and occasionally there's a suspicious character hanging out on the bench outside or wandering the store. Also, the pharmacy always seemed slammed, so if you're waiting on a prescription it can be a little slow. One other thing. This location has one of those fancy coupon-printers if you scan your CVS card. So you don't have to keep track of all your receipts. Win. read more

This is for Riana, the pharm tech at CVS. I came in to retrieve my prescription for eye drops. They were rung up to cost $70, which I thought was outrageous. I lamented at the price, and without being asked, Riana took the initiative to pick up her phone and check to see if I could get a coupon price for the drops. She was able to save me $30 on my prescription, and I was really grateful because my medical expenses have been piling up lately. She didn't have to do anything for me, but she took the time to show some kindness, and it really made my day! Thank you! read more

The employees at this location show up for work at their leisure! CVS is misleading the public by saying the pharmacy opens at 10am. I arrived at 10:02 and, as many times before, they didn't open at 10am. I decided to not wait and run a quick errand in the same shopping center. After another CVS screwed up a prescription so badly my doctor had to send a new RX this place renewed my faith in CVS. Despite being very busy the pharmacist and assistant made time to transfer my prescription and have it ready that same day. Did I mention they were very friendly? read more

I'm really starting to love CVS brand stuff. There are a few things I'll never buy generic. Toilet paper, Coca-Cola, and hair products are among the list. Until recently, mouthwash was there too, but I've since changed my mind. Here the same stuff is half the price AND I was able to save another dollar off my normal toothpaste. All of this may seem trivial to most people. Normally I'd be one of those people. Let's face it, though... it's a recession. Every little bit counts and it's easy to save here. I was even able to order a new CVS Extra Care card to replace the one I lost a few years ago. Now I won't have to keep remembering which phone number I used to get it in 2005. Yay me! read more

Pharmacy was a mess, meds were on the floor, they weren't answering the phone, the CVS website showed my prescription was still on order 5 days after it was placed. I finally had to go to the store to get them to find my medication in one of the unopened bins. I still had to return later to pick it up. The young woman at the counter was nice but said they were short staffed, even though there were four people working. I think the head pharmacist was just incompetent. read more

This location is convenient to my home and they seem to always be well staffed and organized. The pharmacy staff is friendly and very helpful when it comes to sorting out various doctor, prescription, insurance complexities. The interior could use some updating just to polish up the overall impression and experience the store delivers and that would get the fifth star from me. Overall, very good pharmacy with as much of a neighborhood feel as one can achieve in a chain. read more

One of my medications is apparently on back order and they didn't let me know it wouldn't be available until I was already out. When I asked why they didn't let me know, the lady with the braids wasn't at all apologetic. So I'm left without my medication. I'll be transferring all my prescriptions to Kroger. read more

Shopped there on 5/12/16 had to use the bath room it was unmarked and I had to ask to find it. was in back room behind a door that said no admittance on it and looked as if it was locked but the latch was scotch taped so the door would open. the door to bath had makeshift lock on the inside this is good thing because there is only one dirty bath room. To call this room neglected is an understatement. floor a mess, toilet a mess 2 empty toilet paper rolls on wall no paper towels ,no air dryer, used roll of toilet paper on back of dirty toilet, dirty sink. It was not the worst bathroom i have seen but in the running for sure. Customers that see this mess will not buy RX at this store. I spent a total of $1.09 here but I left appreciating the service that Sasha provided at checkout. She greeted everyone at the door and asked if they needed help all the while checking out customers. I just bought postcards but she offered me a bag because she saw I was carrying a sandwich and other store purchases and rearranged the items so that the cards wouldn't get greasy from the food. She's just a jewel and I left there appreciating her attention and wishing all my CVS experiences were like that. read more

This is your typical CVS. The service is pretty friendly here, and I end up going here in the morning quite often due to its proximity to my house. But this has to be the only CVS ever to have manual doors. Which is fine, but I associate CVS with automatic opening and closing of doors, so what happens is that I will walk up to the door and then stand there like an idiot expecting it to open. I like this CVS. It's very convenient - even in Ansley Mall where the parking lot can be a little hectic and crowded, the lot on the end near CVS is a quiet refuge. It's very easy to get in and out of this store. It is overall a pretty standard CVS store with all the stuff you'd expect. It's laid out well and is neat and organized. The staff is very friendly here; that sometimes surprises me but it's very nice. I have a different CVS across the street from my house so I usually don't go to this one but, when I am out and about in the Ansley area, I enjoy stopping here. read more

Very slow and unfriendly. Don't expect to get an Rx quickly even through there are lots of staff in the pharmacy.

The pharmacy would not take my prescription despite my doctor calling them. Incredibly rude and unexpected. I have never seen this sort of blatant disrespect by a pharmacy in the past. Treated me as if I was a criminal. read more
