Yelp said the store opened at 9:30 am but they have changed their hours and now open at 10:00 am. I was the first one in the store and headed to my sons size. I ended up with ten items including a couple of zip up sweatshirt and buttons down shirts and paid $4.60 for all of it. Less than 50 cents an item. For the most park items were organized by size. All of the clearance items are mixed in, I would prefer them to all be together. It would make it easier to find them.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an employee, and she asked if she could help me finding anything. I was looking for a particular makeup item and had specific characteristics I was looking for in it. She walked me over to a couple different brands, explaining how them to me and how they fit with what I was looking for. She also said I was welcome to try the products on. Often, if the product can be dispensed into a container, they'll give you a sample to take with you, which is REALLY helpful! This employee, like all others I've been helped by in this store, was very knowledgeable about the brands and which ones would satisfy my needs. I'll be coming back to make my purchase!

I was greeted with complete negativity from the woman at the counter. I said I was coming to get my gift and she told me that I could only pick it up during the month of my birthday and that the day after it just "goes away". I wasn't asked to put my phone number in or anything. I know for a fact that it doesn't just disappear and I've picked up my birthday gift a few days late multiple times. It was completely disheartening and ruined my mood. I even checked the website to see if this was true. To my point, it was incorrect. Do better Sephora, truly broke my spirit.

My granddaughter has been wanting to come here for the past two weeks. Today we found the time to…read morevisit since it's a long drive for us. She was surprised by how big the store was compared to the one she visited in Lexington, KY which she said was very small. I was impressed by how extensive the costume selection was including costumes from popular movies and TV series like Megan 2.0 and Squid Game. We spent about a hundred dollars. She wanted wings for her home made costume and found a pair of "antique" style wings that a certain big box store online doesn't have and they were only $5 more than the usual white kind typically found online.

They run decent sales after Halloween, so that's a good time to pick up items for next year!

The visit was great until checkout when I was asked if I wanted to donate to the ACLU. I politely said, "no thank you." I was then asked, "not even a dollar?" And I said, "no thank you." I was then asked if I knew what the aclu was. I answered briefly to which I was then informed of what they do and what they stand for and fight for. I then politely declined one more time. Listen, I understand that businesses sponsor donations to various organizations and as a business owner, I am passionate about what I do. But continuing to pressure a customer despite her repeated "no thank you" and confronting her on what is deemed ignorance is not professional. I was then asked if I donate anywhere and when I said I support students in Uganda, he FURTHER asked me if I support anything local like the ACLU. No, I didn't want to donate to the ACLU. I wanted to buy a gift. I bought the gift and left, but debated for the next thirty minutes on whether or not I should return it. I chose to chalk it up to passion but definitely won't return.

This particular store is larger than it looks from the entrance. They have a wide variety of t-shirts, costumes, and lots of novelty items, including seasonal clothing. There are lots of raunchy items that I don't find as humorous as when I was a teen, but I don't think this was ever a place that was intended for senior citizens. Or at least ones that grew up! I went back to For Love 21 yesterday and left a little less enthused than I did the first time…read more Lots of really long pendant necklaces and not much else in that department. Lots of cheap-looking earrings with hoops big enough for a tiger to jump through. Still a great selection of rings, and the pajamas are adorable. I also scored some fun tights for roller derby on clearance. Also, could the staff maybe perk up a little? Good lord, you work in a costume jewelry store, not a meat-packing plant circa 1900. The girl who rang me out looked like she'd just lost her best friend, and the ones meandering through the store and restocking the merchandise acknowledged the customers with a monotone "Hi-how-are-you" when they arrived and "Thank-you-have-a-nice-day" when they left. It was like "Night of the Living Dead" up in there. The discounts alone would be enough to make me cheery!

For Love 21's Circle Centre location carries only accessories, but just about any kind you would want - costume jewelry, sunglasses, scarves, shoes, tights, purses and lingerie. If you are looking for a few pieces to update your wardrobe this fall, check out this store. The pieces are pretty trendy, so they might not look right in another year or so, but it won't really matter because they are so cheap! I think the most expensive necklaces there are about $12, and I have found lots of great ones for less than $10. If the Forever 21 brand scares you a little because you think you'll end up looking like a wannabe teenager, don't worry about it - the accessories you'll find at For Love 21 are pretty versatile, so you can put them together with the right outfit and still look age-appropriate.
