Do not go to this store if you are new, shy, or looking for good service…read more Out of the local Greenwood stores this is the lowest on my list. They have a very large selection of lingerie garments but for the price and quality it would be better to shop at a small business who hand crafts their items or go to one of the other stores for less selection but proper pricing for their quality. I have been here several times throughout the years and every time I have gone it is younger women who will follow you around like hawks and make a comment about every item you grab or look at for more than a few seconds. Whether it is out of curiosity or genuine interest, you'll be asked if you want to buy it or slammed with sales pitches. While shoplifting is a major concern- there are better ways to give space and either watch from a distance or on cameras. When it comes to the type of store- there's a need privacy and friendly customer service that this place simply lacks. Very small selection of higher priced toys that you can find at other stores or online for cheaper. Sadly not a friendly local experience like you get at Lions den. The place to go if you want a large selection of clothing immediately available to you and are willing to pay the price.

Honestly I wish I could rate them zero stars. I came in today with my friend because I was looking…read morefor fish net stocking and I know these types of places have the best ones. When we walked in we were nonchalantly greeted by one of the 3 African American Female workers who seemed to be too busy at the register putting garments on hangers to even care that we came in. One girl did ask if we needed help and I told her what I was looking for but in that split 2nd I found them myself and started walking towards them. When she was halfway there to show me she stopped, realizing that I had found them myself, made a big huff, and slapped her leg. like I had just annoyed her for walking over to try to help me find the fishnets, when I never asked her to help me in the 1st place. After I picked my fishnets out my friend and I decided to walk around the store because I have never been in this location or in any Lions Dean at all. My friend and I were laughing and having a great time just looking around at all the fun items they had BUT WE WERE RUDELY interrupted by one of the 3 African African ladies that worked there. She RUDLEY asked us ""ARE YOU IN HERE TO BUY ANYTHING OR ARE YOU JUST IN HERE TO LAUGH AND TAKE PICTURES"" These are the exact rude words that came out of her mouth... I looked her in the eyes and showed her my fish nets. I told her I was getting them and she was looking still upset but then walked away. 1st of all I didn't know it was a crime or against the rules to go inside of LIONS DEN and laugh and take a picture of a product I might've bought in the future. All 3 of the African American ladies who work there, 1st off, all seemed to have negative energy and bad attitudes from the time we stepped in there. I didn't get any of their names but they all need to be FIRED ASAP. One day they're going to get an attitude with the wrong person and they WILL regret it. If you want to go to this place just make sure you don't laugh or take any pictures because they will get a whole attitude and probably trying to call the police and kick you out. As a matter of fact just don't even go inside because they'll have an attitude as soon as you step foot in the door.

1st impression: I did not know an appointment was needed for advice/help but what I did not expect…read morewas an employee in a scolding manner tell another employee helping me that they did not have an openings until 3 hours later. I have a cardinal rule: You never ever say something negative to anybody else in front of other people especially if it's an coworker, significant other or child. It does nothing to help and only sets a poor relationship point with the other person than can impact how they decide to interact with you in the future. Mid-Impression: If the employee helping me had not been gracious and assured me that she would try to help me despite her negative coworkers' comments, I would have left and never came back. Regardless of how much I need the advice. If Saturday is a busy day, perhaps better staffing ratio would be a potential solution to a long wait for help. Depending on the outcome and how long I wait, I will update my review and star rating later, but as of now it is 1 because of the 1 nice employeen I encountered.

Lots of cheap-looking earrings with hoops big enough for a tiger to jump through. Still a great selection of rings, and the pajamas are adorable. I also scored some fun tights for roller derby on clearance. Also, could the staff maybe perk up a little? Good lord, you work in a costume jewelry store, not a meat-packing plant circa 1900. The girl who rang me out looked like she'd just lost her best friend, and the ones meandering through the store and restocking the merchandise acknowledged the customers with a monotone "Hi-how-are-you" when they arrived and "Thank-you-have-a-nice-day" when they left. It was like "Night of the Living Dead" up in there. The discounts alone would be enough to make me cheery!

Leila was recommended to me by a mutual friend, and the custom outfit she made for me for 2019's Diner en Blanc Indianapolis event (pictured) was fabulous! As it was my first time having anything custom designed for me -- not even my wedding dress was custom! -- I wasn't sure how the process would go or what look I even wanted. Throughout our multiple sessions, from brainstorming to mockup to final piece, Leila often could tell by my body language if something about our work-in-progress just wasn't 100% right yet and would work with me until it met my (and her) expectations. She's great at communication and was eager to help me understand different fabrics, how they feel and how much they cost so I could get an outfit within my price range. She also listened to my wishlist and made the outfit in 2 pieces so I could get more mileage out of it later. Because my custom outfit experience was great, I also ran to Leila with a bridesmaid dress alterations job only a few weeks before I needed to leave for my friend's wedding in Cancun. She made time for it, and the off-the-rack dress ended up fitting perfectly!
