In fact we will probably come back here to do another room and we wouldn't bother if it had not been for how friendly the staff is, especially (but not exclusively) someone named Jack. Seriously, whomever owns/runs this place, take note: you need to give this man a raise, because without him and the other people working there, we would never come back. We did the horror/spooky themed room "The Estate" which is fairly high tech in many ways. Lots of really cool digital effects, in theory a very well designed room. Unfortunately our *very first* two puzzles did not function properly. One of the very first doors that is meant to spring open didn't do so; it popped open a crack but we couldn't pull it open easily and given the rules to never force things open, we didn't want to pull it HARD, which it turns out we should have. Also, after solving the very first puzzle, a door that was supposed to spring open did not do so. They have a rule that you cannot ask for a hint for the first ten minutes, so for ten minutes we milled around feeling stupid until we finally asked for a clue that literally spelled out how to solve the next major puzzle - and when we did, a door opened with a prop hidden inside that had *the way to solve the puzzle we just solved* written inside of it. So that was pretty damned frustrating. Certain other things were a bit off here and there, but the deisgn and concept were very immersive so ultimately we let it go and as a duo of only two we managed to finish with ten minutes left (but it would have been more if we hadn't wasted the first ten.) If this place could get it's sh*t together to not have broken puzzles/doors/portions, they'd probably avoid these negative reviews. My advice: come here, give it a try, but say to your gamemaster before you start "I have read some recent reviews saying that some puzzles and traps are having problems. Can you please be very attentive during our experience and make sure nothing goes wrong, and if it does, help to correct it quickly?"

Our puzzle master, Jamie, did a great job of explaining the process before we got started, and I do appreciate that the door is unlocked so you can come and go as needed (didn't have to, but I remember when that wasn't the case!). We did the Witch's Cauldron, which was a really fun room to work with. Of course without giving anything away, everything was pretty clear in terms of what was next, and clues came way in handy when we asked for them, which was easily done by just saying so while looking at a camera. I think this was their newest room, but the first one I'd been to. I thought it was really well done, and everyone was engaged throughout. I especially prefer the rooms where there's a lot that needs to be done, so people can split up doing stuff rather than everyone crowding around one puzzle. I'd love to try another room there sometime!

The rooms are $32 per person (no discounts for children or weekday pricing), and with tax the total price for the three of us was $102.36. David was our game master and did a great job of explaining everything to us before we started and quickly feeding us clues during the game when we asked. We did the Egyptian Tomb: Imhotep's Curse because it felt the most like we were in Indiana Jones. I wish we had known there were actually two rooms, so that I might have budgeted my time better and asked for clues a little sooner. Alas, we did not escape the room(s), but it was still a great experience and it was all very well designed. I think we are all itching to come back for redemption, so we'll definitely return and give one of the other rooms a shot.

They had assigned seating which I was super thankful for (we arrived a few minutes late, so I was afraid of it being too crowded and potentially not being able to sit together). They set up our easels so cute!! Our instructor was Emily, she was really sweet and helpful and was also cracking jokes with the other painters. All of the employees at this location were super kind and helpful! The painting that we did was super beginner-friendly (since I am not an amazing painter) which I greatly appreciated! My friend and I absolutely LOVED the drag show! The drag queens were super friendly and funny! My friend and I each got picked to do a game/activity and we won some prizes! My friend won a trucker hat and I won a drawstring bag with a fan, rubber duck, bracelet, etc! I posted some pictures from the event and all three of the queens commented on my Instagram post which was super cool!

Like the others have said, do NOT bring your kids here. You're ruining it for everyone when you do that crap. Two downfalls (aside from the kid infestation) of the event: -Lack of bathrooms -Lack of food vendors I stood in a line for some beautiful porta potties for what felt like a really-really long time. The guy behind me in line kept drunkenly yelling at the people in the stalls... as if they really wanted to take their time and enjoy themselves in there or something. After finally relieving myself, I then spent an absurd amount of time waiting for some chicken tenders. Get some more food vendors and bathroom options, Witches Ball, and you're golden. There are crafters, vendors, food, and definitely plenty of drinks. The cornerstone of this event in my opinion is the costume contest. People go all out for this and it's really a sight to see! Every year it seems to attract more and more visitors. For this reason, I hope they get better at accommodating more visitors as it took an inordinate amount of time this year to get a drink. But it is still a blast and shouldn't be missed by the Halloween enthusiasts in the greater Philadelphia area!

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

I have never heard of this place until my daughter was recently invited to attend a Descendants…read morethemed birthday party here by one of her girlfriends from school. We parked nearby in a parking lot that's free on weekends. Upon entering we were immediately greeted by a staff member and handed her our gift. My daughter sat down in a circle with the rest of the kids talking with Joy (the name of the manager. I found this out because my daughter will be having a birthday party here soon and she helped me plan my event) The party was hosted by Joy and her assistant, a younger girl. They both seemed very enthusiastic and energetic. They tried their best getting all the kids (boys and girls) engaged in their activities, making wishes, story telling, dressing up, twirling, and even a parade around the whole place. Boys were given options of "boy " costumes ; Spider-Man, firefighter, etc. Girls had a wide array of pretty dresses to choose from. As soon as I saw how happy my daughter was during all of this, I knew she would probably be asking me to have her party here as well. (And I was right!) the party was 2 hours long but seemed to fly by. It was adorable watching all the children use their imaginations and just have so much fun. After checking out their website and emailing Joy, I realized they have so many different options as far as party themes go ..from LOL dolls, unicorns, all the Disney princesses you can think of to basically anything. You can even include a tea party. We are going with an Elsa/Frozen theme and fingers crossed I hope our party will turnout as great as the one we attended. I am not the best host, and this will be my first year having a birthday party completely hosted by strangers that I'm paying lol. Now I don't have to worry about cleaning my place for days, setting up, cleaning up after the party, coming up with fun games, and when the times up everyone leaves. I'm hoping it will be an unforgettable experience. Joy was very easy to talk to during the meet up. They take a $75 deposit from you and then they customize invitations for you which you can just print out at home. We went over all the details and she was patient with my questions and concerns. Now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that I get some rsvps back soon:) it's $395 for 10 kids but that's just the base price for the two hour party. 20 kids max. I think they also have an option for a shorter party for a little less. It's $15 per additional child and includes pizza and paper products. You have the option of bringing in your own napkins which I will be supplying. Elsa themed everything is what my daughter requested, so Elsa themed everything is what she will get) there are so many add ons. Each child will be doing an art project. Super hero themed one for the boys and unicorn headbands for the girls. Someone dressed as Elsa will be attending and hosting the second half of the party which is an additional $119. My daughter also wanted Ariel to attend but I was advised that it would be a clash with the two princesses. I'm glad they were honest with me instead of just throwing a mermaid costume on another employee just to rake in some extra bucks. I am happy to pay whatever if they do a good job! They also can paint nails which is 5.95 per child. If you want each kid to have a balloon that will be $1.50 per child. Also added on a birthday banner. There were so many options I could sign up for I don't even remember what I signed up for lol. No outside balloons permitted. I was told I can bring in water bottles for adults and additional food if I wanted to. They will be supplying the pizza. Any extra pizzas will be 12.95 per pizza. That's a great deal for a pizza, I hope it's not frozen Ellios pizza. Juice boxes are provided for the kids. They have an option where they can give the kids each a goodie bag for 5.95 each. I wanted to add my own personalized touch so I will be making my own goodie bags which they do allow. I enjoy doing things like this, it's a lot of fun for me. When I asked how early should I arrive the day of the party, I was told to come no earlier than 10 minutes before the start time of the party with the cake and my child I was a little surprised. They promised me I'm in good hands and I'm really excited/anxious/nervous/happy We are all booked and ready for the party day. I was able to schedule out the whole place. The girls got canvases and tshirts and lots of paint. Bluetooth speaker set up for dancing, singing and painting. I had them bring a change of vlothes but the ponchos and shoe covers the paintground gave me kept most paint off everything but faces and hands. Please Note that I WANTED the girls to be able to throw paint at eachother. Some wanted paint on their faces and some did not and they accommodated them all. We got Donuts and Popcorn from the Popperia next door and it was Perfect. Thank you to Brandy and her staff for a wonderful experience.
