The seating was comfortable. As this is used as a space for all sorts of events such as conferences and weddings, seating is not stadium seating, but the chairs were really nice, and they have ushers to help with rows. The restroom facilities are clean and ample. This might be the first concert I've been to with enough restrooms that there were no lines! Lots of self parking outside, but you might have to walk a bit.

I checked in at 10pm drove around back and unloaded my vehicle already exhausted from driving. Go into the room put everything down to then walk into a flooded bathroom. The faucet would not turn off. So I had to pack everything back in the car with my daughter and go back to get another room. The front desk lady was nice but didn't really seem to care about the flooded room. She acted as if it were normal, no shock on her behalf. At least act as if that was a surprise. The rooms are ok, not bad I got great rest until 8am when the construction workers started laying down plastic to protect their floors. It was unbearable. Pulling plastic tight on the floor right outside every ones doors. Might as well give everyone sleeping a big F U wake up and get out. I called the front desk and the lady acting as if she had no idea what was going on. "I'm at the front desk, I can't leave" Duh call someone and see what is happening. I asked her why she was acting stupid because she was. My room phone then rang, although the lady said she had NO IDEA who I was where I was, "Where am I" she might as well as said. The room phone rang but didn't work. It doesn't work calling out neither. The manager acted pompous and said construction in posted on third party sites. I said show me, he couldn't. But he did say they made sure to post it last year. This guy is the GM and he has no idea what is happening. You haven't checked to avoid these situations, you haven't checked where your clients rely on to book for an entire year. Bro! Get it together. Then here comes the tactic of avoiding an angry customer. "You don't have to be rude" by asking why are you acting stupid, which you absolutely were. I hung up the phone because I got tired of the lady acting as if she had no idea what is happening with the plastic. No clue. I then told the gentleman "You are not stupid you know exactly what's happening here" he took that as an insult because I consider him to be highly intelligent yet he is ACTING stupid not that he is. So then I did become heated and used fowl language to help him understand what rude is and how aggressive a situation can spiral out of control for the sake of you guys not taking accountability. They didn't even apologize because once they do that they are liable. Don't waste your time and hard earned money staying here because they could give a rats behind about your stay. They just want to secure that money while they revenivate and you can go screw off. I can't sleep now because of the construction so we have to leave. There is no sleeping in here so don't count on it.

Staff was informative and friendly...the horses were patient with the preparations. The events were delightful to say the least. The horses were majestic, beautiful, powerful and amazing. Most places have on type of egg but this place has three! The egg white really made me happy. They also have the usual waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, potatoes, meat, coffee etc. The rooms are consistently clean. The ice machines always work. The lobby bathroom is safe and clean. The gym is decent size. There is plenty of parking. They have Tesla superchargers. I've never tried their indoor pool. The location is good- it's a quiet area. Right off the freeway. Close to a gas station. Uber Eats will deliver here. I've never had any issues at this hotel and I will stay here again.

That said, I am leaving this review because I feel like The management and owners of this hotel do not value their customers as they are charging a fee to park in the parking lot of a suburban hotel as if this is some luxury downtown property. It is customary to provide parking at a hotel like this one that honestly is not very convenient to much of anything. Additionally, the last thing I felt like doing while lugging all of my luggage and getting to my hotel, hoping to rest, was to go back out to my car to put a tag on my dashboard. Let's be honest, it's just another way calous companies are taking advantage and ringing every dollar out of their customers. I have zero tolerance for being taken advantage of.
