Over the weekend, a single purchase was unexpectedly declined due to a temporary issue with my bank, which I resolved within three days once I became aware of it. Rather than notifying me directly of the problem, Irving immediately sent the matter to a debt collection agency, which is now attempting to charge a $25 fee to "resolve" the situation. I've offered to pay the small outstanding balance, but I will not pay the unjustified $25 fee. When I contacted Irving directly, I was told there was nothing they could do. As a result, I've cancelled all business with Irving and will be warning others to exercise caution when dealing with their payment system and customer service.

Everyone was friendly and engaging. I had a very pleasant conversation with a gentleman who worked there regarding my car.
