I thought at one point she was going to come at me like Atilla The Hun or some WWE wrestler! I had prepaid for gas and when I went out to gas up my car..nada. Nothing. So I went back inside to just ask her to reset it which would have taken a minute. There was a long line and the person she was helping at the time was picking and choosing various lottery tickets. I waited to the side. Various customers were rolling their eyes over the length of time they had to wait because of this person spending over five minutes (and counting) with the scratch offs. They should have opened another register. So I just said "Excuse me, could you please reset the pump for me, no gas is coming out" and I was met by outrage. She barked at me to Go WAIT IN LINE. I said politely can't you just flip the switch? She started hollering at me and making a total scene. Finally another employee came over and took 2 seconds to turn the gas pump on. As I turned to leave this deranged woman was still screaming at me. I have never experienced such crazy rude behavior by anyone working at a gas station before! I will never go back there. An Irving it is not. This happened last Saturday around 2:30 PM.

If you have a need to purchase a prepaid phone card or charger, a quarter pound hot dog, a can of dog food,. Hershey's syrup, a bag of ice, travel size Tylenol, a bag of Doritos or an iced coffee all in 1 small store....than this is definitely the place for you.

No pleases. No thank yous. Barked "ID" because I was buying beer. Said nothing, not even my total. When I was done paying with my card he said nothing. Just looked at me. RYAN & SHAWN may have saved my life. I noticed one of my tires was a little low so I stopped by to…read moreuse the complimentary air at ScrubaDub in South Portland and during the process Ryan came out to help me. He then got Shawn and another gentleman that also came out. Turns out the pressure in 3 of my tires was incredibly high leaving me vulnerable to blow-outs. I was about to get on the freeway to drive over an hour. The one tire that I thought was "a little low" was actually an additional hazard and VERY low. The 3 of them were so kind to me and helped me get this situation fixed. I noticed the difference immediately when I drove away and I just can't thank them enough for really caring and helping protect me! It just feels like angels were watching out for me today!
