I just bought a new Jeep Wrangler. My husband brought it through your car wash and when he got out to vacuum it, he noticed there were still bugs and dirt all over the Jeep. The car wash had not worked. He went back and told the clerk working the car wash about it and the guy apologized and had him go through again. The car wash literally ripped my Jeep off of the tracks and thrashed it, as my husband was coming out the other end of the car wash a guy yelled to him, "hey your license plate is hanging off." The entire license plate holder was dangling down by the light wires. My husband went in and got the manager and they shut the car wash down and walked through it and there were parts of my NEW Jeep in your car wash. The manager took pictures and wrote an incident report and told us we would be contacted in a few days once he sent it to corporate. We never heard back, willingly. My husband stopped into the store several times in the days following and was given the run around, manager wasn't there or the photo copier was not working, or they had not heard back from their insurance company and we needed to be patient. It is now December. Nothing has been done to resolve this situation. The new manager at the store told us to go get 3 estimates of the damage on the Jeep and bring it back to him so he could send it to whomever deals with incidents. Two days later we brought in 3 estimates. You won't even send off the needed material to our insurance company!! Melted fenders, scratched bumpers, missing hinges, missing emblems, license plate ripped off, missing screws etc. We waited patiently to hear back and last week my husband received a phone call from the manager who told us that he was not going to do anything about it, he was outright rude and I am applaud at how your company is handling this situation when YOUR car wash did the damage. He told us that it was not the car wash, it was because our Jeep was "defective." He said he would not be dealing with us any longer. This is completely uncalled for. I will no longer be doing business with you and I will make absolute sure people know about my situation. Thank you for nothing. And by the way, the sign at the car wash reads "Not responsible for antenna damage or damage done to AFTER MARKET parts." It says nothing about you not being responsible for damage clearly done to stock parts that should not be ripped off in a car wash. read more
