Perhaps my car wash bar is set lower than some, but my car came out clean AND I enjoyed the experience. (Foam with lights, swirly things softly touching my car AKA the 'soft wash' option.) I thought getting the salt off my car was a good value, well worth the $24 and my car looks so much better than the nonwashed cars I park next to in the lot. Overall a sub par car wash. To be fair I got the touch less premium wash and it was ok, but the dryer was almost non existent. Plus they only have two vacuums and the set up basically requires you to vacuum your car twice. I just moved to the area and am looking for the right place to buy a monthly pass to, this isn't it. I came here for my first ever car wash, about a couple months after getting my license. I bought the most expensive touch less option and WOW was it worth the value!!! I have a lot of stuff sticking off my truck, lightbars, antennas, brush guards etc. This car wash did a perfect job of not messing with or screwing with any of it. Let me get to how clean it left my truck... Oh my lord it was like I had never seen it before! It was amazing, the wax and shine worked liked a charm and it was absolutely worth the 24$ for the most expensive option. My only critique is I wish they offered some kind of clean towel or paper towel to dry my car more after. Looked so good once I was all done! read more

Decent car wash. One vacuum station, BUT both sides were strong and working, so that is a plus. The car wash itself is the kind that you drive up to a kiosk and buy what you want. Initially the car wash didn't look very crowded however when I turn the corner to get ready to go into the garage with a car wash happens I noticed there were tons of cars. I kind of was stuck so I decided just to wait it out and was pleasantly pleased to find that the wait wasn't very long. Like I really needed this wash and the prices here are pretty good. You can get a basic wash for $9 a good wash for $12 a better wash for $14 and the best wash for $16. I decided to splurge and get the best wash which includes and under wash, Hut Free Soap, triple foam conditioner, high pressure wash, clear coat wax, spot-free rinse, and a turbo dry. What ideal for only $16. The car came out shining like new! Other than the weight this was a good investment. read more

So this was a very impromptu visit the other night. Was down the street and Kobe for my nephew's birthday dinner. We had a great time to see him light up with the performance was so worth it. Oh, he is 6 years old and asked to go., Anyway, the evening ended on a cold night and a egg all over my car. Probably from a guest who was being stupid. So, I noticed Biddeford Auto Wash on my way in earlier that evening, with a long line. Did not think it would be open late in the evening, and was pleasantly surprise to see it was. Of course it is automated, but still...we all have limits. Anyway, I am glad I went in the evening...so many colors are flashing around. It was fun and my car appreciated the TLC. Terrible experience! I purchased the $19 wash, the most expensive and "best" wash that they offer. My car came out just as dirty as it was before. I went to the office to speak to someone and the guy there told me all he could do for me was to run me through the same useless wash again! If I didn't see a few suds I would think there was nothing in this wash but water. That's how terrible it was! Then they completely refuse to refund my money, even after seeing that the car is clearly not clean. Ridiculous!!! read more

16 May 2022, We stopped in to get an undercarriage clean car wash. After we went to a store close by to get a drink and noticed the sides and windshield and undercarriage were still dirty. We called back and they said come thru again it would be on them. Once we arrived the same young employee who assisted us prior said to pull into one of the first two bays. I had asked him if it was normal to have a vehicle come out this way? He replied "what way?"i asked him to remove his dark glasses so he could see, Immediately he replied "you're getting another car wash I don't need your attitude." Then he walked off. As we were getting ready to go into the next car wash you could hear his comment from behind "figures from California.". Welcome home. We came back to our hometown after being gone 44 years serving in the Army and being a nurse. California is a license plate. We are discouraged that people who live here can feel so entitled and righteous & rude. I appreciate the boss saying he was sorry but the kid when he walked in denies saying anything which adds to his lack of Integrity and responsibility. read more

We originally came here to get our car vacuumed, but then were forced to get the car cleaned too. The new set-up allows for absolutely no room to leave the car wash, and the only way to leave is through the car wash. So what would be a few cents ends up being 10 dollars. Needless to say for under $15 Biddeford Auto Wash's automated system did the trick. My car looks great and definitely worth the money. Best touchless car wash I've seen in New England. No, I'm not exaggerating. Modern, state of the art, efficient, reasonably priced. The four bays are always well maintained and in working order. They take debit/credit cards. Touchless car washes are hard to come by. I have no idea why metro Boston doesn't have a car wash as good as this, it puts all of the ones down there to shame. I went there about a month ago, and got the basic "7" dollar wash. The basic wash exceeded my expectations. I went there today, and got the best "13" dollar wash. It was awful. My car was still soapy when I left. After driving on the highway, the soap spread all over my car. I will not be visiting this car wash again.
