Very nice people, however both my car and my wife's were scratched with long black marks. So not great. Plus another time I went to wash my car and their tunnel was broken. I'm guessing the location in Biddeford needs to be replaced. Hence the breakdown and the scratches. They are very nice and helpful, but can't have the car getting scratched. read more

Showed up to this car wash on July 8th, got a car wash and vacuumed car. On my arrival to my house I noticed my car had been very badly scratched ( couldn't see previously at location due to sun glare) I went back to the facility and met with two men that worked there. They were helpful as they could be without manager on site. Gave me the email to the locations manager. I reached out then never hear anything back, so I called the following morning and spoke with an other employee (I think district manager) he told me to wait till Thursday when the site manager would be back. I was okay with this, UNTIL I went to a body shop to have it quoted for repair. 1400 dollars. With not being okay with this I drove BACK to scrub a dub, on July 9. To be greeted by a manager on site that was covering. He didn't have much to say or could offer - they brought out an IPad to write my complaint down in and took some photos. I was told to wait to hear back from someone.... We shall see Update. Got a joke of a email from manager saying they weren't responsible for damages - laughable. The image sent had grainy-ness on a part that wasn't even where the damage was. What a joke. read more

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would This car wash tore a wiper off of my pick up truck and when I confronted the manager of it, he said no that doesn't happen. I asked him if he could review his video and as he did, he found it indeed a wiper was torn off and was retrieved. He said that he would replace it so he came out and took all kinds of pictures of my truck the white for the van he made a real big show of it. Let me see it's been six months now and I still haven't seen that wiper or a payment. He's been asked several times where is it? What's happening and he ignores me and said well. I'm working on it. 7/25/21 Pretty good touchless car wash. The only thing about it that prevented me from rating it a little better was that the drying process was a bit too fast and didn't allow enough time to remove all the water properly. I think I paid $11 for the wash I received but there are choices that are both more and less expensive. read more

I signed up for unlimited washes for 30 days. After 28 days, I cancelled the service but they still charged me for the next month! I contacted them and they would only refund half of the erroneously charged month even though I can no longer use the service. What a ripoff! read more

I have been a loyal ScrubaDub Car Wash customer for about 9 years and I can always count on the crew to meet my expectations. However, I want to point out one employee at the Biddeford, Maine location who has really stood out from the rest for his extra efforts and friendly attitude. His name is Austin. On the very first day that he started working there, he made it a point to introduce himself to me and to learn my name. It was not busy at the time, so I talked with him for a couple of minutes. He asked me if there was anything special about my car wash needs that he could do to make my experience any better. I was actually quite surprised by his enthusiasm and work ethic. I mentioned that the only thing special to me were my beautiful factory rims that really look spectacular when they are clean and shiny. So he quickly went around my car and pretreated my rims with a special spray designed to help remove the dirt and brake dust. After I went through the wash, I could really see the difference. I just want to say thank you to both ScrubaDub and specifically to Austin for caring about true customer service and making a customer feel special. Thank You :) read more

Always the friendliest staff and they even hand scrub the pine pitch off the hood of my car!

They used to have wonderful and courteous staff. I have never had any problems with taking directions there: left, right and stop. I know it is a sharp turn but it has never been an issue. However, recently, I went there and a kid with a red scraggly beard kept yelling and berating me constantly. After I stopped (per his hand motion), he kept screaming and yelling at me and would not stop. He kept screaming "WOULD YOU STOP! STOP! SLOW DOWN! STOP! WHY CAN'T YOU STOP!" The problem was I had already stopped and had the brake on while he ranting and raving. It was crazy! He obviously has some issues and does not need to take it out on others.
