Worst service I've ever seen I put my debit card in there says I used $4 they charge you $10 one time next time I went there it was 15 when it was supposed to be 375 there's no phone number to get in touch with these assholes there's never any soap in it so it's a waste of money and a joke that they're ripping you off the place sucks and I can't wait to find somebody that works there read more

I came here this winter and it just ate my coins up and I got received nothing in return. So I figured I would try them again. Same thing put about $5 of coins in and nothing happened. And the coin part was not taped up like some of them so I assumed it took quarters. And there is never anyone around to help you. It's a crap shoot you might get water or you might not. And it's locked so u can't even get ur quarters back. I don't care I will spit wash my car before I will ever come back here again. It's stealing from people. Quite a setup you have there Tom Cat! I would have put zero stars if it would have allowed. read more

If there was a - 0 star rating I would be all in! This was a decent car was 10 or more years ago but has been on the decline for quite some time now. There is rarely ever anyone manning the store should a customer have an issue such as the money box taking your money and failing to provide the service you paid for like a thief in the night! The mechanism responsible for dispensing soap and wax is clearly often adjusted to minimum or is in need of repair altogether. The money taker boxes are often out of order and the bays are rarely cleaned of debris. The minute counters often rob the customer of valuable time as you are placing the many quarters into it. I believe the owner is fully aware that his customers cannot wash their vehicle as they are loading the many quarters required to get the job done. I decided enough was enough when I brought my truck there recently to give it a good wash. I drove the truck to the open air platform to the far right since this gives you more room to move around if you have a large vehicle. I proceeded to place my coins in the box and it gobbled up about $2.50 or more worth of quarters then totally jammed up taking my money like a mechanical thief. I then walked over to see if maybe this was my lucky day finding someone who actually showed up to man the store. No such luck! I asked a fellow who was walking around if he worked there and he stated that he did not. He asked me if I had an issue and I explained that the money taker on the far end took my money not providing the service I paid for. I was flabbergasted at his response to my concern. He stated that it was not the end of the world and that it was only money - Yikes, Really?! He went on to say that the owner is a "Really Nice Guy" and that he would refund you if he was present. Sorry but in my world a "Really Nice Guy" mans the store, maintains his equipment, and takes care of his customers. A really nice guy doesn't hide behind a machine that robs people of their money. I drove my truck from this wash station to the next one on the left and that one was out of order. So I then drove my truck around to the next wash bay to the left of that. Bare in mind that every time you have to change bays at this location you must make a loop around back into the street, drive to a stop sign, wait for oncoming traffic taking a right then another right back into the lot to select another bay to enter. I proceeded to put my quarters in the box. The damn box was counting down the time I needed to wash my truck as I was placing the coins in the slot - robbing be of valuable minutes needed to get my truck cleaned. When all was said and done the unit also dispensed very little to no soap and the pressure stopped abruptly which resulted in a downward momentum which caused the metal tip of the nozzle to slam down upon the trucks finish creating a scratch in the paint. At the end of the day it cost me approx. $12.00 to $15.00 to wash my truck and it still wasn't clean due to this tight slumlord who likely cut back the flow of soap to adequately wash my truck. And I've got a new scratch as a special bonus since Mr. tightwad refused to keep rubber protection devices at the end of his spray nozzles. If this slum lord had enough common sense and had enough courtesy for his customers he would see to it that the nozzles had a rubber tip at the end of all nozzles to protect the consumers investment in their vehicles. Needless to say that I have had it with this establishment. I will never return to this car was as long as it is owned by this greedy slumlord. I will also be filing a complaint with the City of Biddeford and look into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies. Perhaps I can also contact the media to determine if they can bring some cameras over there to expose this businesses shady practices. read more

the last time going to this place... if you're going to own a car wash... at least take some of the profits and put it back in your business and maintain your equipment. today I was in the last bay closest to your exit. I put my money into your machine. It did turn on and it also flooded all over me from the upper part of the hose closest to the ceiling. It's bad enough that you don't sweep the bay for debris and nails, not the first time, but definitely the last time giving you money, you obviously don't care about customer service or your business... you remind me of a guy that I used to know that was a slumlord. This is almost the same concept take the money, but don't put the into repairs or preventative maintenance... read more

I used to go there all the time, worked very well for me, but the last several times I've noticed a decline in the services such as almost NO Soap coming out, very little Wax, so in other words my vehicle does not come clean anymore, they must have turned down the cleaning additives to try and save money? I will be going elsewhere from now on, I held out longer than I should have. Philip read more

Reading the other reviews almost made me skip using this place, but I desperately needed to do a hand wash of my car so tried it. I used the 3rd bay from the left and used cash (to avoid the credit card overcharging other reviewers noted), inspected the floor for nails and screws before driving in (the floor was clean), and found the car wash to be perfectly fine. $3 to pre-rinse and then soap up my car with the brush, then I used my own sponge to take my time to wipe it down well, then another $3 to rinse it off completely. Way better than the more expensive drive through that didn't get the dirt off read more

A terrible car wash. Bad soap ratio, scrape worthy brushes, and a SHOCKING amount of nails and screws within the self wash bay. I will literally drive anywhere else to get a car wash. I'm crossing my fingers that I don't get a flat from one of the sharp objects that I may have driven over. I took pictures and posted them if you think I'm exaggerating. I know a car wash is a "passive" business, but come on, nails and screws and hardly any soap? Come on. This is crazy. read more

I had been searching on line for a touchless/touchfree car wash. Then went to a couple of the locations. Although they said they were touch free they weren't. I asked the attendant at one for a suggestion he pointed me to Tom Cat. Got there and found It was hand wands. I liked the idea of using a card to pay. The bay I used was muddy and could have used a little TLC. Otherwise, my wash went well. I was originally charged $10 but it was changed to $6. That was a nice surprise. I gave a lower rating solely because of the bay conditions. If they had been clean it would have been higher. read more

This car wash is a rip off! I used the self wash bay and the amount posted to activate the sprayer was $3.00. Since I did not have change, I swiped my card and later realized they charged me $15.00 to use the sprayer in their very dirty bay. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. Everything is broken and the business does not even have a valid phone number to call and report issues. I will never use this business again! read more

Its $3.00 for about four and a half minutes. Small wait and soap ratio is meh. Of you just need to wash the salt off if you car though, it's worth it. Of you want something better, probably beat to go to a full car wash. read more
