Thank goodness for this new Circle K! The other 2 were filthy and disgusting and management would not do anything about it. I complained about the one on Hunt Hwy so many times. I went in and went to get soda, all the machines except one were out of ice, even the one with ice was very low, most of the machines were flat and tasteless, went to tell an employee that the ice was empty and the lids polar lids were missing and they said they should be there and left it at that didnt bother to check. would not recommend! read more

The gas pumps never really works with cards, it's always slow or just doesn't accept your card and tells you to see the cashier. Honestly about 85% of the time I come to try and get gas, majority of the pumps don't work for your card. I do not recommend going here for gas. read more

Store:  Poorly-trained staff (register issues, pricing) indicates poor management. "Uh, don't know" and "Uh, not sure" are not the best answers. Self-scanner comes up with whacky charges. What is the point of having it there if it doesn't work? It would have been great to have all items in my bags when I got home. Pumps: Lose the "talking pumps"--they are obnoxious--or at least have a mute button. read more

This station is super convenient to get into if you are traveling southbound, but not if you are heading north. It's downright dangerous to exit no matter what direction you want to go because it's too close to a major intersection and accidents happen here all the time. Gas is priced about what you would expect, so no surprises there, but it's always busy inside and out and not super clean so I wouldn't recommend it as a place to make a pit stop for your girlfriend or wife or a place to leave your engine running while you run inside for something quick. read more

The circle k at ironwood and ocotillo has become a robot. No cashiers to help but someone there to teach people how to cash out themselves even if u don't want to. Have been back to this Circle-K numerous times since my initial review, and I must say that it has really gone downhill fast! Very slow service, constant waits, and pretty dirty-looking countertops, food area, etc. Staffing always seems minimal, and I think this explains all of the above. Now this is just another Circle-K..... Go to Gantzel Farms Country Store across the street for better service, cleaner facilities, and similar pricing. read more

This store is absolutely ridiculous the line is always around the store. They card me everyday regardless how many times they have seen my ID the Assistant manager Melissa was completely unreasonable when needing corporate office number To make complaint regarding clerk giving wrong cigarettes and Being unwilling to exchange to correct ones even tho I hadn't left the property And prices On cigarettes were exactly the same. Store policy states that Everything is refundable as long as it's not damaged and returned within 30 days. Someone needs to fire Every clerk at the store and start fresh if you ask me and everyone there has an IQ of a chimpanzee. read more

This place is trash. I got charged twice for gas at self checkout and didn't even use the only amount and still haven't gotten it back. I've called 30 times and the user is always busy. This place sucks so bad and I really don't understand why they can't answer there phone read more

I live right down the road from this gas stations & I come here often. Today I found myself in a peculiar situation where my car died not far down the road from this gas station. I had spent all day planning for my sisters birthday party & when my car died I was just extremely overwhelmed. I walked to circle K & Blaine made sure he asked me if I was okay. (I was crying) once I reassured him I was fine, he walked outside to where I was & once again, reassured me that if I needed anything they could help. Best gas station out in queen creek, staff is super friendly and they greet you as soon as you walk in the door. The place is clean! The staff recognizes regulars, I go in maybe 3 times a week! They always tell me the perks of there rewards program. I'm terrible and always forget to register it. Until today she took the time to tell me that I earn free energy drinks by being a member! Super cool because those things aren't cheap lol ! I appreciated it none the less and finally went and registered my car. My one and only complaint is they seem to run out of the certain energy drink I absolutely have to have ! It's my fav ! Small thing but I refuse to go to any another places for gas or anything else. read more

This Circle K is right next to my house so I use it a lot. The clerks have always been very pleasant. My son spilled his icee in the middle of their floor and they had it cleaned up and replaced in no time. read more

Every time I go in there y'all standing around not doing anything. I'm 21 and every time I try and buy cigarettes the lady with the super short gray hair gives me an attitude about it like she doesn't believe I'm of age. Stop being such a condescending a-hole my ID is government issued. And then to top it all off I left my phone on the counter, called TWICE to ask if it was there in which they told me no they looked and didn't see it but since I know all of you are incompetent I drove back to make sure and sure enough there's my phone sitting right in front of your faces. Would have been 5 stars, but I'm so disappointed with how many times they are changing out the beverages in the polar pop area! I stopped drinking soda completely and found that the unsweetened Berry Tea and Regular Lemonade go great together! My favorite drink! BUT......I went in there about a month or 2 ago and they only have NASTY PINK LEMONADE! YUCK! NOT THE SAME! PLEASE, OH PLEASE, BRING BACK REGULAR LEMONADE! Ya know, the YELLOW ONE! The natural color of lemons! If you were going to get rid of one...It should have been the Nasty Pink one! Also, half the time you go there they are out of the majority of their fountain drinks! My hubby delivers to Circle K and I know that they can order more of their most popular drinks! Yes, I also know that the orders are usually placed automatically, but they can add stuff to their orders or at least let the delivery company (not naming the company) know that they constantly run out because they are a very busy store! read more

This circle K is always dirty,the hot dogs they cook are cooked on dirty heaters that the employees use oven cleaner it's purple and toxic to humans they pour it in a bucket and use a rag to wipe it.the donuts always come in at 12 am so there basically old when people get them in the morning.The workers that Manager has working there always look that there on drugs and don't wanna work.I,remember a story from a employee that a customer came in and wipe shit all over the wall in the bathroom,all they did was wipe it down didn't close it or use bleach just a wipe down.so much crime has happen over there is not safe to even get close there. read more

For a semi new Circle K, this store has gone down fast. Floors always sticky, the staff never greets you or even smile. Hire employees that like and want a job. Doesn't hurt to say good morning or have a nice day. And the bathrooms are gross and how can they already be tagged up. Little paint and goo gone helps! read more

This Circle K is great! Although very busy, the staff is always friendly and kind. I will never go to Chevron again! Their service is surprisingly quick, even with a long line, I never have to wait more than a minute or so. Love the Tornados! read more

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT. My friend came here several months back and 40 dollars was taken out of her account as cash back. NEVER found out who did it. TODAY 8/20/15 my fiancée went to circle K for some things and they didn't give him a receipt. I've always told him to ask for one there. He did and the woman started to apologize, saying that she "accidentally" took out 20 dollars as cash back. I'm INFURIATED. He spoke with a manager and she probably lost her job. But it's sketchy and I do not trust them. Always ask for a receipt. read more
