The first time, I asked for a plain chicken sandwich, and the male working acted as if he had understood the order, but of course it had pickles on it. After 12 minutes I walked up to their counter and asked, the order was sitting there with the whip cream already starting to into a flat cream puddle on the shakes, and the frozen lemonade was starting to lose the frozen in the description. After a significant delay with our mobile order, the manager Nate who claimed to be the owner of the Ocotillo location accused us of stealing the order and trying to get an additional order for free. Not once did Nate apologize for the inconvenience of the 30 minutes we waited and actually laughed when we said the customer service was subpar. Nate even went to the trouble of canceling our mobile app account to showcase his excellent customer service skills and told us to take our business elsewhere. I do not recommend the Ocotillo and Ironwood location and have never had such a negative experience at Chick-fil-a. read more

This chick fil a just opened! You would think the service would be the best as everyone has just been trained. The service has been terrible on separate visits, and they messed up our orders on more than one occasion. Furthermore, there is no internet service around the restaurant. This isn't normally an issue, but the whole premise of this location is that you order online and pick it up quickly. We came in ordering a singular chocolate shake. Rolled up to the pickup line with no cars in front of us and we were looked at by the employee several times without receiving any help. Then when we finally got our order, it was the wrong one! Super bummed that we had to go through the line again (that was now full of cars) just to receive the same subpar service while there's 10 people standing in the drive thru taking orders but 1 person handing out orders. read more

Every other location is great except this one. This is now the third time I ordered through the app for the mobile drive-through lane and had issues. Today, when I pulled up to scan the QR code, there was another car pulling up in the regular drive-through lane but hadn't ordered yet as I scanned and pulled around.
