It's hidden between an off/on ramp and an entrance to a community of relatively new housing developments. But the local residents here have kept it as their best hidden secret during the series of roller-coaster fuel-price hikes. At one point, all their pumps were closed, as they were tapped dry. The only inconvenience for some is that it's located in the middle of CA 56, which means it's only accessible if your daily commute runs through this route. While some reviewers are right to mention the lackluster of service, you're not expecting to find white-glove treatment making a weekly fill-up. Would you ever go to a "gas station" for fresh pizza? Well, here's one to consider. When I came in, I was shocked to see pizza being freshly prepared on-site. I think the guy behind the counter was part of the owner's family, and he was very patient and helpful with my order. He didn't have any vegetarian pizza ready, so he made one while I waited! It turned out that buying the whole pizza for $6.99 was a better deal than two slices, so I brought in a normal pizza box. They even had Parmesean cheese and crushed red pepper packets! I think the crust is pre-made, but the whole thing was actually pretty good, on par with Pizza Hut, which I also ordered recently. We're talking fresh tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, red onions and black olives...impressive! In fact there were several hot food options, including hot dogs, egg rolls, chicken ranch rollers, even nachos with queso! Worst customer service of my life. The Asian cashier would not listen to what I was saying. I came here to fill up because I work for Uber and my fill up. Ended up taking me 20 minutes missing on over 20 rides because the stupid cashier would not listen to me. I put $20 cash and next thing you know the pump stopped at 987. I came back to tell him and he kept saying that I never paid the $20 and constantly would bring up the receipts and see that but he still deciding to fight with me over the fact that I never paid. "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me." Came here for the second time to get a car wash. I had forgotten about a year ago I had a wash and the hood of my car had at least 4 zones that were about 6 inches in diameter that were still filthy while the rest was clean. I swore I wouldn't come back, but somehow I forgot. Happened again this time. Came in for a quick wash again and 2 cars were in line. The way it wraps behind the building, there is one way to get out but if you pass, there is no way to get out once you drive in past the point of no return. Waited a full 20 minutes for 2 cars and mine to get through the wash. Prices are $7, $9, and $11, but not worth it for the quality of the wash. Pros: location near the 56 Cons: car wash does Not get a normal sized sedan clean (regular 4 door car). Slow and once past a turn off you can't get out. Bottom line: avoid unless you really are desperate to rinse some dirt off about 75% of your car and are willing to wait a long time. read more

Overall rating is a 3.5. The Mobil gasoline station is located right off the 56 highway along the Camino Del Sur exit. This place has a Circle K convenience store and a car wash station. I use 89 octane mid-grade gas for my car at a cost of $3.89 per gallon. I do not think it's bad compared to other gasoline stations in the San Diego area that average at $4/gal on a regular grade. On the way home from work, I take Interstate 5 North, 56 East and 15 North. The location is perfect for commuters to get gas. On the down side, this gas station is nowhere near any establishments. The surrounding area can be very dark at night, and the station can also do better with having brighter lighting. There were also three gas pumps that were out of order. Nonetheless, this gasoline station is positioned well between work and home and will certainly stop by again. read more

Sometimes this car wash is out of order but it is a convenient spot for a car wash. Just soap and rinse if 9 USD. Also, they have one of the few machines that put air in your tires that has a bit of shade. Inside of the gas station, it is really open and clean. Customer service is nice. read more

First off, gas it relatively cheap here considering it's right off the freeway. They have a pretty nifty gas mart too with plenty of junk food and sugar drinks you can choose from. But this review is mostly for their touch free car wash. I've been dumb enough to wait in line for over 20+ minutes for a $7 machine labor carwash. The line gets LONG and I agree with fellow yelper Mike that there's no way outta the line once you get deep into the line. The car wash does an OK job and that's about it. It doesn't do a superb job. It doesn't even do a 'wow, look at this!' kinda job. It does what you'd expect from a TOUCH FREE no-human-washing-your-car kinda car wash. I think the spot free rinse works alright but the machine doesn't do a thorough job around crevices (be it door handles, under mirrors, wheels, etc - see pic). Whatever though - it got my car clean enough where my family stopped calling me a bum so I'm happy. read more

Yeah. I'm giving 5 stars to a gas station. So what? As far as I'm concerned, this gas station is as good as it gets. Located right off the freeway, it's easy to pull off and get gas on the way to or from work. It never seems to get too crowded. Takes credit card. Quick, efficient service. I'm bad at comparing gas prices, but it seems comparable to other locations, if not super cheap. Best of all, this place has good coffee. Yes, good coffee. Impossible you say, but I'm not kidding. The coffee is definitely better than Starbuck's (which I consider drinkable but very average). They have like six different kinds you can choose from, plus a fresh milk and cream dispenser. They also give you a coffee card so for every six you buy, you get one free. I'm not sure if they are still running that deal, because now they have a special promotion. Any size coffee (ANY SIZE!) is $1. This coffee addict is in heaven. Can it get any better than that? I don't think so. read more

It's your average gas station, with average prices. They used to have a cash back deal through Yelp tho and that was cool. They have the SpeedPass+ program stickers on the pumps, so you should be able to scan using the app...but the app says the service isn't supported there. I never thought of reviewing a gas station, but this one warrants it. I've used it frequently and it's consistent. Located right off the 56, it's convenient if you just need a fill-up. Right off the exit and easy to get right back on the high way. There is an easy entrance and people all follow the same path instead of some places where you are filling up at the pump and another car pulls in front of you but facing the opposite way so you have to back up. There are multiple pumps and I've never had to wait regardless of time of day or day of the week and the entire site is very clean. I mean VERY clean. And the pumps are quite modern. I say this because so many other pumps you insert your card and have to go through a long series of questions before you get to fill-up and most are painfully slow. Not this place. Insert your card and immediately you are ready to fill-up. The responses are almost immediate on the pumps instead of the 15 second delays on older pumps. And it provides a receipt! I get so annoyed at the pumps that don't provide a receipt because it's out of paper. Funny how places never have a problem replacing the paper for the register in the store. I'm convinced places where the pump machine is out of paper for the receipt, it's just a scam to get you to go inside in hopes you have that impulse purchase. But not here. Pumps are always full of paper and I always get a receipt. They do offer a car wash which I've never used, but it looks quite convenient. As is the mini-mart. Offers much of what you would expect to find at any mini-mart. Again, I never thought of reviewing a gas station, but I probably fill-up once a week and this place makes it as pleasant an experience as possible. Convenient, clean, quick and good prices. Great convenience and the $0.89 sodas are great, but what's incredible about this station/store is they have a lunch counter now and literally make the best wraps you'll ever have from a convenient store! The SW Turkey Wrap is incredible! The pizza are pretty tasty, and the breakfast burritos are pretty decent (for the price they are great!) they have great smoothies as well and they are priced better than most places. The store is dirty and improperly managed. The Gas pump would not dispense a receipt and gave a message that stated, "Clerk has receipt." Attempting to enter the store, I found a sign attached to a clock dial sign stating the clerk was on break and the store was closed for ten minutes. While standing outside the store waiting for an employee to unlock the door so that I could obtain my receipt, required by law to be given to the customer, a clerk walked up to the door, rudely pointed to the closed sign, and walked away. He returned about 5 minutes later (a total of about a 15-minute wait) to open the door. He said nothing and walked away. (FYI, there is a nice Shell station one exit east on 56) read more

This place is sacred to me. It holds many memories and where many holy ordinances have taken place. This holy temple is home of VERY fine quality food and drink products. Coffee is very prime as well the soda and hot dogs and everything else. And the deals are unbelievable as well. There's even a great smell this place has that just takes my breath away.
