Just went to buy some squirt, but just in case asked if he had radishes (which is probably a weird question for a liquor store but you never know) and he tried to understand what I was asking for far longer than most would've before he said no. Brought two 2L bottles up and he looked at it really closely and said "Sorry these are expired so I can't sell them" and explained he just bought the store as is and there was SO much expired merchandise the previous owners were selling without caring. He's working hard to get through all the inventory but checks the expiration before he sells anything he doesn't personally know is good because he said there's just so much to go through. Gave me a discount on some smaller bottles and let me take one of the 2L when I asked if I could have it afterwards. Super nice guy, seems honest and wish him the best of luck! I had him call his boss because I'm becoming irate at this point and his boss said that "they pay money for that product and refuse to lose money by returning or exchanging." I explained that if you're selling product that doesn't work then they should right that wrong. I'm so annoyed by this entire encounter. This is the second issue I've had with this store not to mention my friend went there to buy 3 pints of Ben and Jerry's and a pack of Oreos and spent $40 I know inflations high but these prices are ridiculous. Had a pretty decent experience with the pharmacy yesterday. I was told I needed to renew my…read moreinhalers since I have been short of breath and originally my doctor sent it to another pharmacy in Rohnert park. I called to make sure they were ready and was told they were out of one of them. Got a call from my doctor checking in on me and I told her what was going on and she said she would change the pharmacy to Walgreens. I called them to see if they had my Rx ready and they said they did not have the formulation of the 40mcg one but they had 80mcg in stock ( I was to take two puffs of the 40mcg one anyways) so problem solving she got in touch with my doctors office and made it happen. I got there and it turns out that Safeway had already billed my insurance and I was not able to get them filled. She said that she would have the other tech call over to Safeway to have them back out of it and then they would be able to finish the transaction. Went back about 40 minutes later through drive through this time since I had made sure my insurance was updated with Walgreens before I left. Still expensive but it was very considerate that they made the contacts to both my doctor and the other pharmacy to try and expedite me receiving my inhalers.

Most recently they told me that they stuck magnets and photos in the same envelope together and sent me on my way, I knew that wasn't true but I was in a hurry and didgot home of course the magnets weren't in there. Today I was told because my order was so large it got pushed to the back so they're doing everyone else's order first so even though I placed my order this morning and it's now 3:30 PM I have to wait another hour because they're so busy they need to help everyone else first. Talk about shit customer service and shit procedures. Someone needs to call weights and measures. Not only that they waste my time and gas today but the web sight says 1 hour photo and this isn't the 1st time my photos took days not hours to complete.

When I was paying I put in my pin & he had said thank you so I assumed it had gone through i thanked him & I started walking with my son back through the Burger King doors, parked at the end of the side when I was almost to my car Angel came out yelling at me that my hard hadn't gone through so I left my son with my husband. Walked back into the establishment & I asked what had happened & aggressively he started yelling that my card hadn't gone through, I apologized & tapped my card to pay he was still aggressively talking to me that it was my fault why did I walk away without paying. Mind you this was an innocent mistake. However with the tone he was using I wasn't going to let him talk to me like that. I'm a women I came back to pay. I did not run away, I didn't drive away I was right there in front of him paying. He was being verbally aggressive to me & there was other people in line hearing, it was embarrassing & belittling. I told him to stop talking to me like that because I was right there in front of him paying. This definitely isn't who you should have at the front of the store to check out your guests, he should take some anger management classes. I don't like to waste my time writing negative reviews but Angel deserves it for talking to me like he pays my bills.

The woman says "Because there is so little propane available anywhere the price is $30". I told her that I'll search elsewhere. She counters "OK, $27". I say "the sign says $19.99". She counters "You won't find propane anywhere else". I said "I'll look around town anyway". I get in my car. She chases after me "I'll take $24, bring me the empty tank". I do so, I hand her a $20 bill and a $5 bill. She refuses to give me the dollar change. For cheating me out of that dollar she gets a 1 star Yelp review. BTW, I then drove to Home Depot. They had 4 big cabinets full of propane tanks. Price for 5 gallons was $22.
