OK location near Graton Casino and Resort. They do offer diesel fuel so that is a plus. The price for diesel was on the higher side, at the time, $5.59/gallon. The Fuel Rewards program saved me about 62 cents total. Better than nothing. All the paper towel dispensers were empty. I didn't make it into the Mini Mart so I can't comment on the experience there. They do have a carwash with a subscription plan if you're a local. read more

One if the absolute worst gas stations I've had the misfortune of visiting with one particularly nasty bloated cashier who on Sunday May 24 around 8 am was so dense that a simple request for some damn gas turned into 2 visits back to the store, a refund of my money which I used at a real gas station run by humans, and not even an apology...seriously with so many gas stations around how they get away with crap service is beyond me but it actually worked in my favor..I found a better gas station with Valero on Commerce which has better prices:) and 76 down the road also has better prices read more

Went to buy lotto tickets using my Wells Fargo ATM. card and it rejected my card. It never gave me an option to press debit card. The lady whose primary language is Spanish said I needed to use a debit card. She said, YOU NEED to pay for these tickets. This lady has ZERO customer service skills. If English was her primary language she actually would understand that you don't talk to a customer this way. I asked her if she understood that ATM means it's a debit card, and she said yes. Then proceeded to say I was using a credit card I use the same ATM card to buy lotto tickets at Chevron and Shell locations in SF with no issue. I asked to speak with the manager and she said, He's going to tell you the same thing. The manager came. We tried again, and my card was rejected. He then said my card was a credit card (see photo) which it's not. Guess he doesn't even know the difference between a credit card vs debit card. I asked if he could ring it up on another register, and he just cancelled my tickets and said my card won't work here. He even said Shell and Chevron are different. At least he had the skills to apologize I couldn't buy tickets!! After, I went to Chevron and had ZERO problems with my ATM card to buy lotto tickets. A couple weeks ago I went into the Shell Food Mart to purchase a soft drink. While paying at the counter I asked the female employee if they had (Lotto) Scratcher (tickets). She said yes, over there, and pointed to the other side of the register (in a glass enclosure at the same counter as her register). So I interpreted that to mean she wanted me to walk 2ft to the other side of the register for the tickets. She didn't move though. Upon gathering my change from the soft drink purchase I walked in the direction of which she pointed. Instead of her getting my Scratchers she began helping the man behind me. RUDE! So I just left. Complete fraud. Yes. I know that sounds harsh and overreacting, but it's true. Customers please beware and don't go here. I went in today with one of our larger company vehicles. It takes diesel, and I was putting a bit in, so I decided to save a tiny bit of money and pay cash. The posted price for diesel was $5.19 cash and $5.29 credit. Please see pictures. I prepaid $120 cash. After I filled up, I looked at the receipt and noticed I was charged $5.29 a gallon. Granted, I know it seems small, but if this owner is doing it to many people in a day, it adds up to a few hundred bucks a day in his pocket--illegally. I went to the manager, thinking it was an innocent and honest mistake, but she basically rudely brushed me off and acted like it was nothing and that I was being petty. Again, I'm not trying to blow this out of proportion. Yes. It's only a few bucks lost for me, but added over a month, it's thousands of dollars customers are paying on already-high fuel prices these days. Shame on this owner. This is felony fraud (due to the amount he's stealing from his customers). I'm contacting the department of weighs and measures in Sonoma county, Shell HQ, as well as emailing Rohnert Park police department. This is a privately-owned shell, not a corporate one, but it's still governed by Shell's rules. On a side note, I drove by an hour later, and to cover themselves, they had raised the price to $5.29 / $5.39 in case the department of weights and measures checked them and the receipt I provided, claiming I read the sign wrong and that the cash price was $5.29. Good thing I took a picture. Come on, station owner. Stop the greed and subterfuge. We're all on this same planet, and I'm sure you're not starving. read more

I was at a Shell station, 5085 Redwood Dr., Rohnert Park around 3pm Friday, Sept. 9. I greeted the clerk and he seemed put upon to give me a simple friendly response. Mark was on his name tag. I told him I wanted to cash my $114 lottery tickets but he told me I'd have to buy something first. I told him that a purchase is not required and that according to Lottery rules, tickets under $600 are redeemable at any CA Lottery retailer. He then told me that he didn't have $100 available. When I challenged him he told me he didn't have to pay anyone. I then asked to speak to the manager and Mark told me that he'd call her but when he dialed a number, it went to voicemail. Mark refused to redeem my $114 lottery tickets on September 9, 2022. Please consider this brief paragraph an official complaint against Shell in Rohnert Park. I will also contact the manager, owner of Shell, as well as the CA Lottery. According to the Ca Lottery website: to redeem a ticket under $600: Visit a Lottery Retailer - Take your winning ticket to a Lottery retailer and the clerk will hand you cash on the spot. Talk about easy! Mark was not doing his job and his poor attitude does not represent his employer in a positive way. I will not be returning to the mentioned location because of Mark's demeanor. Avoid this gas station. The car wash blower did not work and the car wash left a white overspray down the passenger side of my car. Went on two occasions to speak with the manager. Left all of my contact information and of course no one followed up. I ended up calling Shell directly and filing a claim. read more

The car wash is horrible, and doesn't function properly. I paid for a car wash with gas for $9 and entered my code but the machine malfunctioned and I had to purchase a second car wash for $9 just for it to work. However when it did work, it was just as bad as I expected a $9 car wash would be. Go elsewhere for a car wash. read more

This particular gas station usually runs on the cheaper end and has many pumps to avoid long lines. The convenient store and restrooms are very tidy and clean. Even the attached Subway is orderly with friendly service. I love that this station is right on my way home and very close to a freeway entrance. read more

Poor gas station! Put gas and a car wash! My husband ask for the receipt so he can get the code to do the car wash. Daniel was like oh yeah! Lol! But then Came back in to wash our hands and ask for paper towel because they didn't have any in the bathroom and outside next to the gas pump so my husband ask if they have anything, he jus pointed to it and we couldn't find it but all he did was watch us look for it not bothering to help. Wow. Why can't I give less than one star? Stopped by this evening to get gas and let my little one use the restroom. I was appalled that one of the employees sat in the only functional women's bathroom stall for 10 minutes watching videos loudly on her phone while my child squirmed (I eventually took her into the men's). I then went to pay for gas and discovered that the second employee was outside sweeping. After a few minutes, I just gave up. What a poorly run place. Seriously, I've never seen the like. read more
