High prices are the norm for a small market. I can't believe people are actually shocked by this. Now the down side. The customer service is abysmal. Upon entering there is no greeting. The three workers don't even look up. Okay, they were busy. I get it. I ordered a sandwich. She briefly looked up but not at me. She was glum and looked angry and never even said hello, thank you or even cracked a smile. There was a second person working there that had exactly the same attitude. No smile, no greeting. I know tap cards are trending but have never encountered a store that forced their customers to use them. Seems like Tip Top has hit rock bottom ... and just lost a loyal, long-time customer along the way.
