Last month, I took my car to the Rohnert Park carwash. I…read morelike the Rohnert Park carwash because it's always clean, and I can get in wash my car and get out quickly. This day, I used my credit card and swiped it through the credit card reader. I kept a close eye on the machine and just did a really quick wash ,mostly wanting to wash the windows. When I was done, I hung up the equipment and took a look at the machine and was on my way. A few weeks later, I was checking my credit card statement online and seen I had been charged $25 at the carwash. I knew the reading was not $25 when I hung up the equipment and stopped washing my car. I looked online for a contract number for this car wash and texted a message to the owner. I didn't really expect to get a reply. To my surprise, within minutes, someone texted me back right away on a Saturday. I explained what I thought happened, and it turned out there is a button you have to push to stop the payment at the end of your using the carwash. The machine has an auto stop at $25 . The person explained and I felt stupid. However, they refunded the over amount of what I remembered using. I will continue to use this carwash. It is clean, and the owners care about their customers even on a Saturday. Thank you, Rohnert Park Carwash

I have swirl marks on my vehicle that were not there before. And plenty of dirt still standing. I even tipped 6$ with all those guys out there drying the cars ... there should have been efforts made to do the job correctly Not pleased what so ever with the wash/Scratches/ and the level of cleaning. When he went back to tell them, the lady said they were very busy and his car was very dirty so they told him he needs to go somewhere to get a detail because they don't do detail there. They also did not give him back one of his mats, I'm guessing they were so busy they forgot one of his mats. The lady said to come back another day and ask for manager, she won't refund him his money but can try to get another car wash to see if they will clean interior again. He was very upset and will not be coming back here again and neither will I because how do they only do cars that are very clean vs something that's semi dirty. The fact they didn't even try to clean inside makes me very upset.
